“Right you lot! I know the plan was to have a full days rehearsal seeing as it’s our last chance, but our last 4-5 run throughs have been absolutely perfect and its ridiculously hot, so I’ll let you all go now!” Beth shouted as the dancers finished their 7th run through that morning.
“Whoop whoop! I'll take my boy to the park now, he's been doing my nut in asking to go all weekend!” Tyrell laughed, wiping his face with a towel.
“Girlfriend time for me!” winked Jordan, making the other dancers laugh as Tai nodded, adding, “Yeah, better pop by n see mine as well, I've hardly seen her while we've been rehearsing, she'll be well hacked off!” he laughed.
“Lucky bastards! I need to go and take my mom to the garden centre...my life is just fan-*Ducking*-tastic is'n it?!” Mark moaned, grabbing his bag whilst shaking his head, making everyone very amused.
“Bless bro!” Tyrell smirked as he grabbing his keys out of his pocket and waved goodbye to everyone. “We're gonna smash that video shoot guys...Oh yeah!!!” he yelled back enthusiastically as he made his way out.
Cheryl skipped up to Beth before pulling her into a massive hug, whispering “thank you” a short while later as the rest of the guys packed up.
“For what, you big softie?” she replied, hugging Cheryl back whist chuckling over her shoulder.
“For just being the most super duper choreographer there ever was and for been the most crack-a-lackin friend a girl could ask for!” Cheryl giggled back as Beth pretended to dramatically wipe a tear from her eye.
“I hate to be a kill joy, but Lily and Gary, you need to stay here. We need to go over performances that are booked so I can start planning new choreography!" Gary and Lily slumped back against the bench they were sitting on, joking that they were in a mood as Beth yelled “Oi! You two have just been sat there on your ass's while these poor souls have danced for 4 hours straight! So come on, work time...chop chop!” signalling for them to get up. “Right babe, I’ll see you on Wednesday OK...Make sure you get plenty of sleep, cos we both know how long these flaming shoots can go on for!” she smiled at Cheryl, giving her another hug before walking towards the desk in the corner where Lily and Gary were waiting with their laptops...and in Lily’s case, a pen and paper too.
Cheryl slowly wandered over to the corner of the studio to collect her bag, thinking what the hell she was going to do for the rest of the day seeing as though Lily and Gary were both working. Tre was still crouched on the floor doing his laces when Cheryl approached, asking him what he was going to do now as all the other dancers had left.
“Nowt...haha...I’ll just go home and watch TV probably...not as if I've got a car to go anywhere with!” he chuckled, swinging his rucksack over his shoulder.
“I know! I’m on me tod now too, Beth’s making Lils and Gary stay here” she moaned, picking up her own bag as they made their way towards the door.
“Aww little Billy no mates” Tre joked, sticking his tongue out at her.
“Haha...I am! Why don’t you come to mine for a bit if you want?” she asked innocently, looking at her phone as they walked down the corridor.
“Yeah go on then, I’ll be your friend for the day I suppose...it can be my good deed!” he smiled, nudging her playfully with his arm, making her giggle.
“Wey thanks, you're very kind...OK come on then, the car is waiting outside” she smirked, putting her phone back in her bag before they left together.
“Can I get a drink Chez?...My mouth feels like someone’s took a dump in there!” Tre called from the kitchen as Cheryl changed out of her dance clothes in her bedroom.
