It was Cheryl who woke up first the next morning, her face breaking out instantly into a beaming smile as she remembered the night before. It would have been hard to forget anyway as she was lying over Tre, his leg in between hers as she lay with her head on his chest feeling his warm body underneath her as their bare skin touched. She could feel one of his hands rested gently over her bum while his other held her own hand which she had laid on his chest up by her face. She didn't want to wake him up, this was fast becoming her favourite part of the day, simply waking up in his arms, feeling so safe and warm as he always snuggled her in to him. She had missed this part of a relationship so much while she had been single and felt so comforted in the hope that she would be spending most mornings of her life to come waking up in exactly this same way, knowing that he wanted this to work out just as much as she did. She continued lying against him for a while longer, lost in a daydream until she felt the urge for a drink and so carefully and quietly shuffled away from him, tip toeing her way to the bathroom for a glass of water. Before she went back into the other room, she pulled some navy blue pyjama shorts on and a white vest top, scraping her hair back and splashing some cold water over her face to freshen up.
As soon as she climbed back into the bed, Tre began to stir, making Cheryl giggle as he scrunched his nose up before opening his eyes. “Hmmm... morning princess” he groaned, smiling before shuffling over closer to her, resting his head on her stomach and wrapping his arms around her.
“Haha ...morning...you still tired babe?” she chuckled as he snuggled into her, nuzzling his head against her body as she stroked his arm, softly.
“It’s just soooo nice being able to stay in bed on a morning for once and not have to get up straight away” he replied, his eyes closed as Cheryl smiled down at him, affectionately brushing his cheek with her finger.
“I know! ...It’s half 10 already as well, that was such as good sleep” she grinned, cuddling him into her as he groaned contently.
“Should we just stay here forever...you’re nice and cosy” he giggled as she bowed her head down and kissed his forehead which encouraged him to shuffle up so that his head was by her shoulder. He began smiling adorably at her which made her start smirking.
“What are smiling at?” she asked playfully, tapping his nose.
“Haha...I just love these little freckles you've got on your cheek...they’re real cute” he chuckled, stroking his finger over her cheekbone as she shook her head, grinning at him.
“Tre you’re too flaming sweet honestly...I can’t take it” she joked before lowering her head and kissing him deeply on the lips. “Mwah mwah mwah!” she smiled as she quickly kissed him again three times, her hand supporting his chin gently whilst he looked up at her.
“You know babe, I think I’m a bit hung over...my stomach feels bare!” he groaned as she began laughing at him.
“Aww ...poor little Tre!” she joked, pinching his cheeks as he scrunched his nose up again at her. “Oh God if you’re feeling it God knows how Gary is! I better check he’s still alive!” she giggled, reaching for her phone as Tre snuggled back down against her, closing his eyes again.
<Yo bro, u hanging? :P> Cheryl texted her brother, loving being the one for once without the hangover. “...Tre should we just order room service? I can’t be arsed to go downstairs” she asked, softly scratching his head as he suddenly looked up, a cheesy grin on his face. “Haha ...you plonker! ...that perked you up, didn't it!” she laughed as he sat back up and lay next to her, propped up by the mound of pillows behind them. “Right have a butchers at that!” she grinned, passing him the hotel’s menu as she looked down at her phone which had just buzzed.
