After rehearsals, Tre had quickly ran back to his hotel to collect all of his stuff so that he could cancel the room he had barely used, whilst Cheryl had returned home and was straight on the phone to her Mam to find out all about her new nephew and how her sister was doing. She sat on the sofa with a beaming smile on her face as her mother gushed over her new Grandson and laughed hysterically as she told her about how Jake was asking everybody how he had managed to get out of his Mam’s tummy. “...Me, Tre and our Gary are gonna come up on Sunday to see him...I've got the day off!” Cheryl informed her mother cheerfully as Cocoa curled up on her lap.

“Can’t wait pet! ...you’ll absolutely love him, he’s adorable! I’ll let our Gillian know you’re all coming up, she’s just sleeping all the time at the minute ...haha!” Joan replied, looking forward to seeing Cheryl herself as she hadn't seen her for a few weeks now.

“Aww...well she deserves it! She’s had the sh!t kicked out of her for months on end!” Cheryl chuckled as Joan began laughing on the other end of the phone.

“You have a lovely way with words Cheryl...such a little lady aren't you?!” she sarcastically replied, making Cheryl giggle.

“Well you raised me mother! ...it’s your fault I’m the way I am!” she cheekily answered back, rubbing Cocoa softly behind the ear.

“Alreet alreet... steady ya’self pet!” Joan spoke down the phone, creating a smirk on Cheryl’s face. “OK love, so we’ll see you all on Sunday then yeah? ...are you going to see your dad too?”

“Yeah...he wants to meet Tre...he better behave himself!” Cheryl replied, hearing her mother chuckling.

“Haha...he will, you two have been together a while now pet, he’ll have realised you’re serious about each other” Joan reassured her.

“Aye well, he better be nice to him...Tre’s family were lovely to me! ...we’ll probably go for some Sunday dinner so it will be nice n relaxed hopefully” Cheryl groaned as Gary came in and turned the TV on.

“HI MAM!!!!” he shouted while Cheryl rolled her eyes.

“Did you hear that?” she asked Joan, who was sniggering away to herself.

“Aye I heard...tell him hello and that I hope his poorly foot gets better soon” Joan replied, making Cheryl giggle as she told him.

“Can’t believe you told her about the Gym Chez...I *Ducking* hate you sometimes, she’ll never let me live that one down!” Gary complained as Cheryl stuck her tongue out playfully.

“Right mam, I’m going, I’ll see you on Sunday OK?!” Cheryl told Joan, noticing the time.

“OK pet, yeah I’ll see you on Sunday...Good luck for your Wembley performance, you’ll be fantastic, I’m sure!” she replied sweetly.

“Haha thanks mam...goodnight” Cheryl hung up the phone, giggling slightly at Gary’s fed up expression as he watched the TV.

<Lils r u busy? Xxx> she text as she lay back on the sofa with her two dogs snuggled into her.
