Marika's POV

Dad was in the living room, I have no idea what he's doing though. I was in my room, changing clothes because the clothes that was in the hospital before was brought by mom and I seriously hate why she makes me wear it. I haven't even realized I had worn this!

It was a tank top and a pair of shorts! At the very least, why the heck didn't she bring my hoodie along? The weather is freezing, it's december and freaking cold!

I wore my pants and hoodie and sighed as the warmth enveloped me. Okay, now I just have to bring clothes for atleast a few days and maybe Jeff's clothes too? It'll come in handy once Jeff gets better.

I took my backpack and filled it with clothes and whatnot, even my laptop, some money and don't forget my 'creepy' chibi doll, I don't get it, it's not even creepy like what Liu and Jeff says. I carried it and went inside Jeff's room, flicking the lights on in the process. I made my way to his drawers and wardrobe and looked for his usual clothing.

I blushed when I unknowingly opened the drawer full of boxers. Geez . . .

I took a pair of black pants, a black shirt and his extra white hoodie. Oh! I also need to bring his shoes and socks along. I grinned as I stuffed them in my bag, I wore my backpack and toppled over, it's heavy!

I swallowed my complaints and mustered up my strength. Shit, my shoulder wound is acting up . . .

I ignored the pain and tiptoed to the stairs, I laid down and peeked on whatever dad is doing on the living room.

I almost screamed in delight as I saw him fast asleep. All right! This makes things easier, I quietly walked downstairs, careful with every step I take and I placed a sticky note on dad's forehead. He moved for a bit which made me ran for it through the front door, I peeked on the window and saw him still asleep. Good, I just left a note saying:

'Dad, going back to the hospital. Don't worry about me, I'm all better.
-Marika'

My original plan was to take the bike all the way to the hospital, I guess it's fine though. I'll just lessen my use on my right foot as much as possible 'cuz it feels like the bone is fractured right now. I'm an idiot, I shouldn't have ran out of the house.

I went around the house and took the bike that was chained up on the yard. I removed the chains using the key and placed my backpack in front of me so it would make things easier.

I biked all the way to the streets, occasionally stopping for a breather. I can't push myself, I just got out of the damn hospital,

After maybe an hour, I finally reached the hospital. Thank goodness! My legs feels like jelly . . . I'm tired, I quickly chained the bike on a tree and walked over the main door but was stopped by the security guard.

"Visiting hours are over."

"But, I can't go home now . . . it's late and dangerous." I reasoned with him.

"Sorry, kid. I'm just doing my job . . ." He apologized, it surprisingly sounds sincere.

"Please? let me talk to the nurse or someone . . ." I gave him my infamous puppy dog eyes trick.

". . . Fine." He mumbled after a good fifteen seconds, he went in as I waited for him to return. After a few minutes he came back.

"You can go in now." He smiled, I smiled back and thanked him. I really need some rest now.

I made my way to the second floor of the hospital and in front of Jeff's room. I knocked and waited for mother's response.

"Yes?" Mom said as she opened the door.
