I heard Alexis shouting my name while shaking my body. Grabe talaga ang pagyugyog niya. Kapag hindi to titigil, I'm really going to kick her face.

"Ellie, get your ass off the bed"

Sabay palo niya ng unan sa akin. I rolled to the other side and took the pillow beside me. Tinakpan ko iyong isang tenga ko and groaned. My best friend's so loud!

"Can't you see? I'm still sleeping" I shouted back. My head is aching.

"Hay nako, Ellie! Malalate tayo sa school" she said while poking my body.

"What time is our first class ba?" I asked with my eyes closed.

"It starts at nine" she casually answered.

"Anong oras na ba?"

"Hmm.. seven-thirty"

Napa-facepalm talaga ako sa sagot ni Alexis. Nine pa iyong klase namin tapos ginising niya ako ng maaga. I don't care kong malalate ako, dinamay pa niya ako sa pagiging early bird niya.

My God, ganyan talaga siya pagdating sa mga bagay na related sa school. She needs to be on time, dapat high scores. She's grade conscious because her parents are expecting so much from her. Kaya parang naging OC siya. She's smart naman, but I can tell she's overachieving.

"Are you kidding me, Alexis? Ang aga pa. If you want, ikaw na mauna d'on at ikaw na magbukas ng school natin-"

Hindi ko natapos ang sinabi ko when Alex pulled my legs at napasalpak ako sa sahig. She beamed at me and laughed.

"And the queen is up!" she clapped her hands.

I glared at her. Tumayo ako at kinuha ang pillow at pinalo sa kanya. Tumatawa na kami pareho. Nag-pillow fight pa kami. She stopped para mag-salita.

"Hoy, Ellie. Stop na. Gising na gising kana. Go take a bath and change. I'll wait downstairs ha? Kakain lang ako. Nagluto kasi si Manang niyo ng carbonara" she wiggled her eyebrows like an excited child.

"Who said you're allowed to eat here?" pabiro kong sabi at tinaasan siya ng kilay.

"Me?" she stuck her tongue out at lumakad na siya palabas.

I slapped her butt and laughed. Tumakbo siya kaagad palabas ng bedroom ko pagkatapos kong ginawa iyon. That girl is crazy. Umiling nalang ako.

Pag-iling ko, nakaramdam ako ng pagsakit sa ulo. I massage the temple of my head. Pagod pa rin ang katawan ko. I was so dead tired last night kasi nga lumabas kami kasama iyong barkada ko. Naalala ko naman iyong nangyari kagabi.

I remembered I kissed someone, I kissed that guy whose name is Kiel.

I've kissed a lot of guys before, pero iyong kay Kiel... it feels weird. I don't know, it feels like.. different? It was just a simple kiss. I shook my head kasi wala naman iyon diba? Ellie, that was just nothing. You, crazy.

I went to the bathroom and took a shower. Pagkatapos kong maligo nagbihis na ako at bumaba na sa sala.

Still, I just can't erase the scenario last night. I've been thinking about it since I woke up. Sa lahat ng mga dares na ginawa ko, iyon ang talagang hindi mawala sa isip ko.

Hindi ko namalayan na napadpad na pala ako sa dining area namin. Nagsalita si Alexis kaya natauhan ako.

"Ellie, hello girl? Tulala ka yata? Thinking 'bout Kiel?" she gave me a meaningful look.

"Sa lahat ng bagay na pwedeng pag-iisipan ko, si Kiel talaga?" I rolled my eyes at her. Kinain niya muna ang kanyang carbonara at nagsalita ulit.

"Oh come on, Ell. Don't lie to me. I know you too well and.. I've seen the way you looked at him last night after you kissed him. You keep on glancing at their table" she poked the sides of my tummy.
