Family Expansions

*Harry's POV*

Shelby and I are currently setting up the house for everyone to fit. El is past due to go into labor so it's a waiting game. Since she was convicted of abusing me she will be forced to give me Eliot. I hate to do it to her but she done this herself.

"How long do you think building the house will take?" Shelby asked folding some of Arabellas clothes.

"Uhm they said it will take a while. The part that will take the longest is the building. Once the building is done the rest of the process will go a lot faster." I said.

"Okay and we have tons of rooms correct?" Shel asked.

"Yes. They're building about twenty bed rooms." I smiled helping her with the laundry.

"Wow. Do you think we will need that many?" Shelby asked.

"With our family you never know." I laughed.

"Here daddy." Lilly said bringing me the house phone.

"Thank you baby." I said answering it. "Hello?"

"Ow, Harry?" El asked.

"Yeah what's up?" I asked.

"I'm in labor. We never talked about what we're going to do." El said making me sigh.

"El, you know the court said I'm taking him after he is fine from his check up." I said.

"That's not what I meant. Are you going to be in the room?" El asked.

"If you want me to be." I said shrugging my shoulders.

"Only you, Shel, and my mum." El said.

"Okay well when do you want us to come?" I asked writing it down so Shelby can get the sitter and things packed.

"Soon. My deliveries are always fast." She sighed.

"Okay I'll be on my way soon." I said hanging up.

"It's baby time." Shel smiled.

"It's baby time." I smiled kissing her lips.

We quickly got everything together and made sure Niall was here to watch the kids.

"Bye guys good luck." Niall smiled.

"Thanks Ni." Shelby smiled as we left.

We got out to the car and packed it.

"Seems like we are having twins again but Ara is going to be exactly a month older than Eliot." Shelby laughed.

"Very true. Are you excited?" I asked her as we drove off.

"Kinda, I mean they'll be learning different things at different times but it's going to work out perfectly fine. We can do this." Shelby smiled.

"I can't wait." I smiled.

Soon enough we pulled into the hospital parking lot. We got the carrier, diaper bag and the small bag for Shelby and I before walking inside.

"Hey guys." El's mum smiled.

"Hey." We smiled small walking into the room.

El sighed rubbing her swollen bump. "I just want this to be over."

"Soon enough and then you'll be able to take him home." Her mum smiled rubbing her back making me look at El.

"Mum not now." El said.

"What's wrong?" Her mum asked.

"Tons of pain." El whispered.

Shelby sighed glancing at me. I squeezed her hand lightly.

"Harry come here." El said.

I sighed getting up and walking to her bedside.

"Kiss me please?" El asked.

I gulped looking at Shel. She sighed nodding her head looking away. I looked down at El kissing her lips gently.

"Thank you." El sighed.

I nodded going to sit by Shel couple of hours later Eliot was finally born. El was getting her time with him. We agreed on a half hour but that's it.

"I wasn't a fan of that." Shelby said as we waited outside for a bit.

"Me either." I sighed.

"Then why did you do it?" She asked making me shrug.

"I don't know. It didn't mean anything if that's what you're worried about." I said.

"Harry she hurt you and you kissed her." Shel said making me groan.

"Can we not talk about it? She was in pain." I said.

"Sure." She sighed shaking her head.

I sighed checking the time before going into the room.

"El your time is up." I trailed off.

"Time? She has eight teen years with him." Her mum defended.

"No she doesn't." Shel said getting the carrier ready.

"Why?" Her mum asked.

"I'm so sorry." El cried.

"What did you do?" El's mum asked.

"Show her Harry." El said making me gulp.

I grabbed my shirt lifting it over my head taking it off.

"Oh my god. El you did this?" Her mum asked.

"Just take him." El sniffled giving me Eliot.

I sighed taking Eliot into my arms kissing his head before putting him in the carrier. I put the mittens on his little hands and the hat on his head. I then placed the blanket on his tiny body after strapping him in securely. I put my shirt back on before picking the carrier up and taking him out to the car with Shelby quietly walking beside me. Once we were all situated we drove off.

"Are you mad?" I asked.

"Just upset. I didn't expect you to actually do it." Shelby sighed glancing at me.

"I understand, but please believe me when I say it didn't mean a thing to me. It's as if it never happened." I said.

"I believe you." She whispered.
