Ayla's P.O.V
"You have no right to call me that" Kylie growled out in rage
"Ok! Now come down Ky!" Hunter put his hands up in surrender, "I didn't come here to fight with you"
"Than what did you come here for? Finally got dumped by Lily? Huh?" Kylie yelled out obviously annoyed
"I just wanted to see you and apologize for what I did to you, You were right I left Lily the moment i knew that she didn't want to change even for me, her mate........." Hunter said looking down at the floor sadly
"You monster! I thought that you were my cousin, scratch that you were more like a fucking brother to me and you just left me to go with that bitch! Do you know how hurt I was that you chose my arch nemesis over me! I warned you that she wouldn't change even for you!" Kylie growled out as her eyes started to glow a gold-ish color showing that her wolf was about to make an appearance
"I know Ky! and that's why I came back, I knew what I did was wrong.................. please I'll do anything just please forgive me for old times sake?" Hunter asked with so much hope evident in his eyes
"Ky? Why are you doing this to hunter? what ever he did was in the past, why don't you give him another chance? at least let him prove himself to you" I mind liked Kylie feeling sorry for Hunter who looked so genuine.
"Ayla! you don't understand, he hurt me he was my only family and he just left me alone to be with that bitch Lily! he knew how much Lily and I despised each other" Kylie mind linked me back sadness evident in her thoughts
"It's ok Ky! that was the past, you have to forgive and forget, he clearly looks like his beating himself up for his decisions and btw at least now you have me if he does something to you I'll just kick his ass for you!" I mind linked her back giving her a wink which wasn't unnoticed by Hunter who was looking at us suspiciously now
"Ok! I'm going to give you a chance but you have to prove to me that you're worth another chance and don't make me REGRET IT!" she growls out the last part
"Oh! thanks cuz you are the best" Hunter literally sprinted to Kylie squeezing her into a hug earning him a dong on the head from her
I stared at them in awe as I watched the two cousins hug. Kylie's pack was attacked by rogues one night and ended with a blood bath she somehow was able to escape, she then stumbled onto the borders of the royal pack and one of the warriors found her and took her to Alpha Jones who later informed my parents, they than decided to take her in as I had always wanted a sibling, my parents decided to get her to stay within the castle so that she could be my friend considering the fact I was an only child. My parents didn't really have time for anymore kids it was a miracle they even had me since they were always busy, the only reason they had to make time for me was because the royal family needed an heir. Kylie couldn't save her parents as her fathers last command as her Alpha was for her to promise to run away from their pack so therefore she promised making her run away from her pack and the rogues.
So about Hunter, I think he was the cousin that she told me she hated because he left with his mate Lily to live with her in the royal pack since Lily was from here, Lily was 17 while Hunter was 20 so she couldn't well didn't want to leave her pack. Kylie told me that Hunter had been like a brother to her as his parents had died when he was still young and her parents took him in. Hunter thought that Lily would change her ways for him but she didn't and continued. Come to think of it I don't even know why my mate would even want to be with her I mean if I were him I'd be asking myself where her mouth had actually been before it ended up on mine. Yuck! I scrunched my noise in disgust trying to get back to the two that were currently standing in front of me.
"Hey Ky- arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" I screamed out in pain as i felt this burning sensation directly below my right ear just a bit on the top part of my neck.
"Ayla what's wrong?" Kylie ran to me trying to catch me as I felt my knees give up
I felt my heart rip into pieces as my last words came out while trying to blink the tears away "Kylie! My Pa Pa Parents"
