Killian's POV
Once Gold said my name, he finally had my attention. Swan? Who the bloody hell is Swan? I hope it's a girl. As I look around the room, I finally see a blonde girl with dazzling green eyes staring at me. I smirked, bingo. That is Swan.

Emma's POV
I couldn't believe my ears! Killian Jones! Seriously?!?! Whatever, I'm Emma friggin Swan, I can handle an over arrogant pretty boy. I meet his eyes and oh no, he just smirked. Ok Emma, deep breath. I walk over to him and keep a straight face.

"So Swan, can I get a first name?" He said. And dear Lord he has an accent.

When I finally find my voice I say,"Emma."

"Killian Jones. Pleasure to make your acquaintance milady," with that he grabs my hand and kisses it. I snatch my hand back and am about to tell him not to touch me, when Mr. Gold says

"Don't forget dearies, these are your partners for the rest of your senior year." I'm glad I have Ruby. I don't think I'd make it through this without her. Since we're in the very back, it's dark and hardly anyone can see us.

"So Swan, tell me about yourself," Killian says as he puts his feet up on the lab table.

I decide to keep it simple,"Well, I just moved here from Boston, and I'm seventeen years old."

He smirks and says,"I'm eighteen years old and moved here from London four years ago."

I was thinking about all the places I've been in the U.S., when the bell rang.

"See you around love," Killian said. I met up with Ruby and turns out she is really nice. After fifth period we head to the cafeteria.

"So, Emma, these are Belle, Elsa, and Ashley. And those guys are Sean, August, and Anton," Ruby said. Wait a minute, August?

"August?" I questioned.

He answered after a moments realization,"Emma? Oh my god it's been years!"

I can't believe it. August was in an orphanage with me for three years. He was one of my only friends. When we were fourteen he got adopted by a kind man named Marco.

Everyone at the table was confused Ruby spoke up first,

"Wait, so you two know each other?"

August looked at me, silently asking me if I wanted to tell them. I nodded.

"Me and August were in the same orphanage for three years," I said confidently.

Ruby's eyes widened.

"Oh," was all she said.

This boy with sandy brown hair and a small scruff (not nearly as hot as Killian's), walked over to our table and plopped down right next to me.

"What do you want Graham?" The girl Belle, said somewhat annoyed. I took it he was sending bad vibes. I guess he didn't normally sit here.

The boy Graham annoyed them and turned to me and said,"The name's Graham," The way he said it made me shudder, and not in the good way. His eyes were full of lust, and he looked at me up and down. He then continued,

"And you are?"

"Not interested," I said snippily.

He was not happy,"Not interested. What do you mean not interested? I'm Graham Humbert," he was even more arrogant than Killian Jones. And that's saying something.

I decided to go with,"Oh look, you know your name. Would you like a certificate?" Yup. I just did that. With that I flipped my hair and took a bite of my salad. Everyone at our table was smirking. All the 'popular' guys, I presume, were saying stuff like 'burn' and 'aw snap'.

The bell rang and it was time to go to creative writing. I went to the back of the room and sat down. Someone sat next to me. It was none other than Killian Jones.

Killian's POV (lunchtime)
This Swan girl has fire. I'm going to have a lot of fun with her. Being the popular, devilishly handsome, football captain that I am, I have many friends. I eat lunch with Robin, Jefferson, Will, Victor, Regina and her bitch squad. I honestly think Regina is terrible. The only reason I hang out with her is to keep up my reputation. Besides, it's always fun to pick on a few people. All of a sudden Victor said,

"Did you guys see Ruby? She is smokin today." I rolled my eyes. They like each other, but they both like to have fun, not a relationship. Luckily Jefferson beat me to scolding him.

"Get a grip man. You're never gonna get her."

"Oh Jeff you're just jealous," WTF? That made no sense.

"Why the bloody hell would he be jealous?" I asked.

Vic did not have much of an answer,

"I don't know. Just because." We all laughed at him.

"So Jones, I hear you're partnered up with the new blonde byotch this year," Regina said. I smirked,

"Yup. I think I'm going to have fun with that one."

"Killian, I don't think anyone has ever resisted your charms before," said Robin,"This shouldn't be too hard." I love the reputation that I have. Just then Graham walked up to our table. He and I were both going for captain and I won, ever since he's been a total dickhead.

"So, who's that blonde chick over there?" He asked. Oh no no no no no. Oh bloody hell no. I'm going for Emma. I'm having my way with her. Not Graham!

"Why the bloody hell do you want to know?" Asked Will. He always had my back," Killian's going after her you dimwit.

"Well then I guess you have some competition Captain Jones," he said very sarcastically. I scoffed,

"Humbert, you think you stand a chance against me?" By now everyone was laughing. Graham was fuming.

"Oh you guys laugh now. Just watch." With that he walked over to Swan's table.

"The name's Graham, and you are?" Graham said. Bloody hell this was just sad. He has no game.

"Not interested," she said. OMG that's hilarious. Will spit out his water all over Regina and started laughing. We were all laughing. I wanted to see where this was going,

"Shhh. Guys I want to hear."

"Not interested. What do you mean not interested, I'm Graham Humbert."

"Oh look, you know your own name. Would you like a certificate?" Swan flipped her hair and took a bite of her salad. Graham came back to us with his jaw clenched. Jeff said,

"So everybody, Killian totally has competition." The silence at our table ended. We were ballistic laughing.

"Oh ya I'd like to see you do better Jones." Oh it is on.

"Fine, I will have my way with Swan before prom, and one of the girls can confirm it with Swan to see if it's true,"

Will asked, "Wait is this a bet?"

"No, tis bad form to bet on a lady. I'll just have bragging rights."

"Bragging rights that's hardly fair. If you lose, I get to be Captain," game on.

"You're on Humbert." The bell rang. To creative writing. Oh look there's Swan. I have an idea, this is going to be fun.
