Midnight rolled around
In solitude I sat
Thoughts engulfing my mind
Racing endlessly
Love, lost, hurt
Becoming sleepy
Mind won't stop
Mistakes, broken, gone
Light peaks through blinds
Sigh, morning already
Time to begin my day
