My hands felt as if they had been covered in some warm liquid
I looked down and became numb
My mind raced screaming "you can't move"
Blood soaked my shirt and stained my hands
Was I stabbed?
Alone there I was with no answers.
Circling around and around the surroundings were a blur.
No pain, just panic.
Your voice echoed I love you
Tears rolled down my cheeks
Where are you?
In the distance I saw you
Smiling, waving goodbye
Confusion rushed my veins as I collapsed into darkness.
I woke up seconds later dripping in sweat and tears.
Next to me you laid.
I tried to wake you for you to turn away.
I cried myself to sleep.
Hoping that maybe I'll be good enough one day.
That I'll bring you happiness and no more sadness.
But I'm not sure it will be okay.
Do you want me or just want me not to be anyone else's?
Do you love me or just love who you want me to be?
Are we worth saving or was this just a game to see who could hurt one more.
Because baby you've won.
Now to live in sadness just like yesterday.
