I stayed silent on the remaining journey to the camp. I walked a few paces behind Peter so I could continue my glare without him noticing. He would occasionally look back at me to verify that I hadn't run off. Not that I could run off, I'd get lost and everyone here seemed to be faster than me.
My legs were burning and I could feel blisters on my heels.
I was about to complain as we entered a small clearing surrounded by large trees. Boys and even a few girls scattered the area. This must be camp. Everyone stopped whatever it was they were doing and looked at Peter, nobody seemed to notice me sheepishly standing next to him.
He glanced over everyone and stared at me momentarily and returned his eyes to the boys and girls. His eyes stopped searching and his expression became angry. I tried to follow his stare to see what he was looking at. I scanned the small crowd and my eyes found Felix, looking directly at me. I smiled at him and he returned it with an even bigger smile. I saw Peter out of the corner of my eye, fury danced in his eyes. He was switching his gaze back and forth between Felix and I.
"Lost boys, and girls," he hollered to everyone. "Its time for some fun." He walked toward the fire as everyone began to cheer and circle around Peter. What was happening? Should I be scared or...???
Peter pulled out a pan flute and began to play. The boys and girls jumped and danced around in circles around the fire. The melody Peter played was soft at first, but enticing. My legs decided they wanted to move and jump around like everyone else. The music picked up and so did my energy, I found myself laughing and dancing around carelessly with all these strangers. Everyone was so carefree and happy, I felt happy. I swirled and swirled but I never seemed to get dizzy. I never wanted the music to end, I wanted to dance until the sun came up.
Arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me out my dance. I almost let out a scream but a hand clasped over my mouth as I was dragged through the trees. I bit down hard against the hand on my mouth and was roughly dropped to the ground.
"Ow!! Dammit Em, that hurt." I looked up and saw Felix.
"Oh Felix. I'm so sorry." I stood up and took his hand to examine my teeth marks. I looked up at his face apologetically.
"At least it's not bleeding." I laughed nervously.
"It's alright. Barely hurts." He said as he stood up straighter and fake acted like a big tough guy.
He stopped and just smiled down at me and took my hand as he began to run.
"Come on! I want to show you something." He squeezed my hand a little tighter as I ran beside him.

"Okay," I giggled, "Umm, would rather have a rabbit sized elephant or an elephant sized rabbit!" I laughed happily that I thought of a question that hasn't already been asked.
"A rabbit sized elephant, that would be quite adorable."
Felix and I sat on a cliff edge that looked out onto the waters of Neverland. The moonlight rippled against the waves as we laughed and talked. We asked each other about silly things and serious things. We talked about everything and nothing. Our laughter rang out like music in the silent night air.
"Felix, dance with me." I jumped up to my feet and grabbed his hands to pull him up. We held hands and spun in circles like two little kids.
I tossed my head up and hollered happily at the night sky. Our laughter mixed as we continued to twirl faster and faster. My foot tangled with Felix's and we toppled to the ground. I landed on top of Felix with a soft thud.
