When I came out we sat back down on the couch and talked. We talked about the baby and what I can do with it. I already knew I was going to keep the baby but I wasn't sure about adoption or actually keeping the baby. My mom had me when she was 19 and she kept me so I want to keep the baby and raise him or her.
Josh: Maya can I ask you a question?
Maya: Sure.
Josh: Why are you talking to me about this and not the father?
Maya: I don't know how he is going to react to this. And I want to have my decision before anybody else tells me something else.
Josh: I understand.--You can lie down if you want.
(I look at my phone and realize we've been talking for over 2 hours)
Maya: Can I?
Josh: Yeah.
(I go and lie down on his bed)

Maya: Josh, promise you won't tell anyone?
Josh: I promise.
(Josh starts turing off the lights. He then goes and lies down on the couch)
Maya: Josh?
Josh: Yes Maya.
Maya: You can lie by me.
Josh: It's ok.
Maya: Please?
Josh: Ok.
I fall asleep and I wake up at around 9. I look next to me and Josh is still sleeping. I grab my phone and check it. I see all these texts from Riley asking me where I am. Then I see all these texts from my mom asking me where I am. Then I see all these texts from Farkle asking me where I am. I then see a text from Lucas telling me we need to talk. I didn't want to wake Josh but I had to.
Maya: Josh.
(I say shaking him)
Josh: Hey.
Maya: Here look.
(I hand him my phone and he scrolls up and down)
Maya: What should I do?
Josh: Be honest tell them.
Maya: What that I was sleeping over at your house? Oh and by the way I'm pregnant with my best friends boyfriend's baby!--Sorry I didn't mean to get upset I'm just stressed.
Josh: It's ok.--Tell Riley you are fine and that you woke up late and that you'll see here at her house later.
Maya: And my mom?
Josh: Tell her you were spending the night at Riley's and forgot to tell her.
Maya: So you want me to lie to my mom?
Josh: Well do you want to tell her you were with me?
Maya: True.--And Lucas?
Josh: Talk to him.
Maya: What?!!
Josh: Tell him, he needs to know.
Maya: What if he doesn't want anything to do with the me or the baby?
Josh: Then you come to me after and shove some common sense into him.
Maya: Thanks Josh.
(I give Josh a hug)
Josh: I love you Maya and if anything happens to you or the baby, I will--
Maya:--I know.
