It's Christmas Eve and I am 5 months 2 weeks pregnant and I am due in April sometime. Lucas flew back home to Texas with his mom and sisters to spend it with his family. Lucas asked me to come but I wanted to spend Christmas with the Matthews, like every year so I'm staying with them for a little while until Lucas comes back. My mom and Shawn are coming here for the holidays so I'm super excited to see them too! I put this on and head out the door.

I go to Topanga's and sit down and start check my phone. "Maya?" a voice says so I turn to look.
Maya: Dad?
Kermit: Maya. I thought that was you.
Maya: What are you doing here?
Kermit: Amy and I are moving to Florida and we are driving through here.
Maya: Amy?
Kermit: My wife.
Maya: Oh congrats.
Kermit: Thanks.
(He looks at me sitting there and notices my bump. He looks at me but doesn't say anything.)
Maya: So just you and her?
Kermit: Oh and our kids.
Maya: Kids?
Kermit: Yeah I have two boys Alex, Andrew, and a little girl Kate.
Maya: You have three?
Kermit: Yeah but there with Amy right now.
Maya: How old are they?
Kermit: Maya...
Maya: I want to know.
Kermit: Alex and Andrew are 12 and Kate is 7.
Maya: 12?
Kermit: Yeah.
Maya: You left when I was 6 which would've made them 2...Did you have an affair with mom?
Kermit: Maya...
Maya: Unreal.
(I grab my bag and gather my things.)
Kermit: I didn't know until the day I left. Amy called me and said she had two 2 year olds and that she just lost her job. She didn't have money so I left, to help her.
Maya: Did she know about me?
Kermit: Not at the time. I told her a couple years later.
Maya: So you left mom and me without any money to help someone else you didn't know who was in the same situation?
Kermit: Yes and that's my bad.--I knew if your mom found out I got Amy pregnant then she would leave me and you would think your mom took you away from me. But if I left, you would think poorly of me, not her.
