It's been 2 months and 3 weeks since my last appointment Lucas, Topanga, and I went to and I am 5 months along. I had an appointment between that time but I only went with Topanga because Lucas had to work. Oh and Lucas got a job! He works as a waiter at this really nice Italian restaurant called Milan's. He doesn't want to be a waiter he really want to be a vet but he has to go to school for that so maybe after college.
A week ago Lucas sat down with his mom and dad and told them about me being pregnant. His mom was not happy but told him he was going to be there for me through everything. His dad, well, he was pissed. He was not happy with Lucas and was so disappointed and told him that it wasn't my fault it was all Lucas's fault. He should've been smarter. Luckily for Lucas his dad lives in Texas with his younger sister. His mom wants me to come over so we can talk.
Today I am finding out the gender of my baby and Lucas and Topanga are both coming. My mom has been distant from me for a little while now and her and Shawn are going to talk to me after my appointment and before I go over to Lucas's house. So this is what I put on.

It is December 5, in New York City so it is really cold. I have a small bump and it is hardly noticeable when I where baggy clothes. Lucas meets me outside my building and we walk down to my doctor's appointment. We see Topanga already sitting there as she always is and I sign in. The nurse brings us into a room.
Topanga: So do you guys want to know the gender of the baby?
Lucas: Yeah.
Topanga: What about you Maya?
Maya: I do but, I was wondering since you were going to plan the gender reveal party Topanga if you would know and Lucas and I would find out at the party.
Topanga: Ok, yeah! If that's ok with you Lucas?
Lucas: Yeah that sounds good.
(The doctor comes in and she writes down the gender of the baby on a piece of paper and hands it to Topanga. Topanga drives Lucas and me home. When I get home I see Shawn and my mom sitting on the couch.
Maya: Hey.
(I come in and put my bag by the door and sit down next to Shawn.)
Katy: Hey we need to talk to you.
Maya: Ok?
Shawn: Your mother and I wanted to talk to you and Lucas about this since this would affect both of you.
Maya: What about?
(Shawn looks at Katy and looks down.)
Maya: Well is someone going to tell me or are you guys just gonna keep looking at each other.
Shawn: Maya, we're moving.
Maya: Come again?
Katy: Sweetie I know this is going to be hard but Shawn has a house in Philly and it has a lot of space for the baby and you.
