My kid is a coffee hater

I sat in the truck munching on some fries when I realized how close I was to home. The fries lost their flavor and it made my stomach twist, god I wasn't ready to go home.

" Hey Johann do you think I ca-"

" No, you need to go home to your family. You need to tell Mr. Sapien what is growing inside of you and then you need to get some sleep?"

Snorting I grabbed the milkshake, I wasn't going to be sleeping much if I didn't want them to know. I could rush past them claiming that I needed to use the bathroom and then I needed some sleep that I was too tired. Then I can block my mind saying I needed some mental alone time too....it would have to do. Then the truck stopped, glancing out the small window I saw that we were at the house, and everyone was standing there waiting on the porch. Without even hesitating I grabbed my stuff and jumped out of the van, running over to them and trying to get a good grip on everyone.

" I missed you all!"

I gushed, then remembered what I had planned to do, so in an instant I slammed my mental barriers down and then pulled away, placing my bag across my stomach, so my entire front was covered. Flashing Liz a look I turned to the guys,

" It's been a long while since I had gotten a nice hot shower and then I'm going to bed. I'll talk to you all in the morning."

Pushing past them I could feel that Liz was following me, she probably shot them a look that said,

' Girl talk, fuck off.' So we headed down the stairs and went into my bathroom, She turned and locked the door, almost like she thought the guys would bust in.

" Bag down, jacket off, I wanna see."

I snorted and dropped the bag, letting the jacket slide off along with it. It wasn't showing yet, but there was a bit of a firmness around it. She bent down and placed a hand on my stomach, her eyes looking at my stomach for a second before she glance up.

" You better tell him soon Ellie, who knows how fast this baby will grow. I mean demon spawn and Ichthyo sapien."

I snored again and flopped onto the toilet.

" It better not be too soon, but hell it's making me throw up coffee like no tomorrow. It better not take away anything else."

I helped her up then let out a sigh,

" Come on, I need to take a shower, Dwarves are so damn nasty I need to take about three showers to feel okay."

She gave me a look,

" Did they?"

" NO!"
I shook my head vigorously and started the water, glad to be in a place the water wouldn't go cold after five seconds,

" The only thing they did was stab me with sharp objects and cut me whenever I didn't give them a reaction when they stabbed me. When I finally got pissed off enough they did this,

" I pulled off my long sleeve shirt and showed her my new scar that went from my right collarbone to the lower left rib. It was still red but it didn't bother me.

" I thought you didn't scar Ellie."

Shaking my head I dug around in my bag and pulled out my toothbrush and hairbrush,

" If the cut is deep enough then I will scar, but it doesn't bother me that much. Now shoo so I can take a shower."

She nodded then she unlocked the door, then left. I sighed as I relocked the door, didn't need Abe walking in and joining me now did we?
