LILY:
School pasts by as slowly as usual, but at least tomorrow is Saturday. I wonder what people do for fun on the weekends?
"Hey, Lily. Are you going to the game tonight?" Sarah asks.
"Game?"
"Ya, the football game. We are stopping along the coast of California tonight and the football team is playing a game." Abigail says.
"And I heard Blakkkkee, is the kicker," Sarah adds in.
"Shut up!"
"So are you coming or what?" Abigail asks hopefully.
"Sure, why not. I love watching football."
Sarah says, "Yay, I'm sure Blake..."
I cut her off, "seriously, shut up!"

BLAKE:
Only it's 20 minutes until the game begins. I'm kind of excited but really scared, I've never played in a real football game.
"Hey man!" Thomas says, slapping my back. "You ready for the game to start?"
"Ready as I'll ever be..."
"Don't worry this teams really easy, so you shouldn't have to kick any field goals because we'll be getting touchdowns."
"Great, that means I'll have to kick the extra points and then kick off..."
"Good point," he says laughing, "come on bro, you been practicing all week and you're a great kicker! You'll do fine!"
15 minutes later and they are doing the coin toss. Our team wins and we choose to kick it off in the first quarter, which means we will get the ball first in the second half.
Are you serious the first play of the game and I already have to kick off! Great!

At halftime, it's 13-6. We're winning! But I had to kick 3 field goals and 1 extra point. Luckily I made 2 of the field goals and the extra point. As we head into the locker room I look up at the crowd and see Lily. She waves at me and I just smile.

When the game finally finishes the score is 27-19. We won! I am so excited.
"Dude, it's a tradition. Whenever we win, we all get a girl and go eat dinner at the nearest restaurant. I saw Christina somewhere, you could bring her," Thomas says.
"Dude, I don't like her. She's a prissy little brat."
"Well then who are you going to bring?" he asks.
"I don't know, but I'll go find someone."
I lied, I know exactly who I'm going to ask.
"Lily, Lily!" I call after her as she walks out of the stadium.
She whips around.
"Me and the team are going to go have dinner and hang out, do you wanna come?"
She says, "Ummm..."
"Lily, you have to go!" Abigail says.
"But I was going to go hang out with you and Sarah tonight," she responds.
I say, "oh, well if you already have plans that's..."
Abigail buts in, "You don't want fish for dinner do you? Because that's what's for dinner tonight. Plus we can hang out whenever. I think you should go have some fun with other people. Sarah and I are getting sick of you," she jokes.
"Sure, I guess I'll come," Lily says.
