Since the fall of Greenberg Industries twenty five years ago, business has been great for the Davenport Family. So good in fact, that it seemed as though nothing could go wrong from then on.

On the verge of retirement, Chase Davenport finds that his eldest daughter Clarity, is returning home from college. Upon her return home, she is to be the soul air to Davenport Industries. But after the news of a Greenberg Enterprise revival comes to light, Chase worries that she won't be able to handle it. Especially when he sees the sparks between his daughter and a certain Greenberg.

Blake Greenberg is the adopted son of Marcus, The Davenport's business rival, and plans to take down Davenport Industries as his father's final revenge.

But what happens when Clarity and Blake meet? Will it be love at first sight, or will they continue the rivalry that has been going for almost three generations?

This story is also a sequel to my 2014 fanfic, More Than His Assistant. If you haven't read the first book, you may be confused. This is not a entirely a standalone. But I'm sure some of you guys could catch up if you read this story alone.
