Chapter 20

Hey guys!!! I have a headache but I don't know why... oh well! Anyways, here's the real new chapter. hope you like it. ENJOY!!!

Kats POV

"Kat!!!" I finally processed something. We were both out of breath and we both pulled away looking into each other's eyes.

We were pulled apart by my parents and my dad started yelling. "What do you think gives you the right to kiss my daughter!?!"

I don't know what happened but something in me snapped and I lost it. "I do, dad! Alright? I LOVE HIM!! I give him the right to kiss me because I love him... And he loves me."

He looked at me with a mixture of sadness and anger. "No, you don't. You don't even know what love is. This is just a hormonal phase and you'll move on to some other crush in no time."

I knew that I wouldn't. It wasn't a crush. I had felt crushes... And this wasn't one of them.

So, for the first time ever, I shook my head and said, "no dad. Your wrong. I love him and only him." My voice cracked at the end and tears appeared at the corners of my eyes.

My father looked at me with a hint of sympathy in his eyes but his next words were something that I wouldn't forgive easily.

"No I'm right. I don't want you to get hurt. Kat... Say goodbye to Jamie because you can't see him other than at school." He said it quietly and gently but I felt my heart torn to pieces at his words.

"No dad... I won't. Live with it because I LOVE him. I don't like him, I LOVE him. I would die without him." I said as I looked at them and then glanced up at Jamie who was looking at me with so much love In his eyes that the next words that were spoken broke me.

"You are never allowed to talk to him unless it's for school." My dad spoke harshly and then he glared at Jamie and gestured to the door.

I started to sob. "You can't keep us apart! I love him!"

Jamie looked at me with a pained expression as he hugged me and gave me a short, sweet kiss.

He whispered in my ear, "I'll see you at school." With that he turned and left.

I turned to my parents who looked as if nothing had happened. They asked if I was hungry. I said no and went to my room. I sobbed into a pillow for the rest of that Saturday into my pillow as my parents went about their day as usual.
