Chapter 15

Kats POV (yay back to regular POV)

I had run to the bathrooms after that but I bumped into Amy who made me spill. I saw the look of pain she gave me and I couldn't help but think that I was causing someone pain.

I hated weighing people down with my problems when they had their own problems. I always bottled up my emotions until nothing showed but happy.

I quickly told her I had to go and ran to the bathroom to cry my heart out. I went thought the rest of the day like a zombie. It was all so unreal and I felt like I was in a dream. I felt numb. As if now that Jamie had broken me, he had also removed my ability to feel anything.

I looked and acted normal so that nobody would become suspicious. I could feel the pain getting stronger but I ignored it. It was a Friday. My favorite day of the week. Especially now because I didn't have to see Jamie any more.

Well at least until Monday. I decided to ignore any thoughts of him that threatened to consume my brain.

The next day I got up and got dressed. I was going to the mall to see if anyone was hiring.

I went to the mall and searched for hours but with no luck, whatsoever.

I returned to my house. How did I get to the mall and back without a car? A disgusting, old bus.

I finally got home to find my parents weren't home but someone else was. I walked closer and saw that they had put up some sort of curtain in front of something on the driveway.

There stood my two best friends, Amy and Genie, they were smiling like idiots. I started to get suspicious. They seemed to happy...

Suddenly Amy spoke, "We present to you..." She turned to Genie who continued "a cover of 'Let her go' by passenger!"

I was slightly confused as I heard the music come on from out of nowhere but neither of them had a mic.

I stood mesmerized. Suddenly I heard a sweet and smooth voice start to sing the song.

As the song started to get deeper the two girls standing in front of me pulled a string and stepped aside as the curtain fell. What I saw made my jaw drop and my eyes fill with tears of sadness and happiness.

What is it? I think we all know that Jamie's there but that isn't it so... what could it be?

If she does forgive him then hurray but we can't just let them live without drama right? However I don't know what to do yet... so how about you guys suggest some ideas? pretty please?
