still ill!! day 6 and the flu has left/is leaving my body but i've been left with the messy dizziness and i did a little research and i found out that i've been drinking no where near as much water as i should !!!! on average you should drink around 4 pints (?) of water so i'm making it a new years resolution to drink more water and i really want to focus on making myself feel healthier and calmer considering i'm in year 10 and it'll only get more stressful from here, i should start building myself up and doing as much as i can to feel good and calm :)

in the new year i'm going to go out much more and take my uke with me and sit with my cats in the garden and tidy my room more, and make it a nicer place to be :-) i'm also hopefully getting a kanken for christmas so that'll motivate me to go out with friends and take nice photos and feel good about myself!!
