I woke up to find myself in Odell's arms. He felt really warm and I didn't want to let go. I know we're friends and all but there are times were I miss him like this. It was as if he was protecting me

"Dri are you awake" he whispered

"Yeah. What time is it" he grabbed his phone.

"4 am. I think we can go home I hear people in the halls" I nodded getting up from my spot. We got to the hallway and it was crazy. It was parents looking for their kids. He grabbed my hand and we went to go look outside. Some cars were wrecked mine being one of them. A tree fell on it but was I upset no.

"Damn Dri. I can give you a ride home."

"No it's okay. I'll call my parents"

"No babe you-oh crap Dri I-I" it was a rush that came over me. Never ever in my wildest imagination would I ever ever do this but I did. I felt as if this was a dream or a nightmare I don't know. As he kissed back I felt as if the first time he did. I pulled back but he wanted more so I gave in.

"Dri what are we doing"

"I don't know but I need to know. You're with Amanda and I don't want to interrupt."

"I broke up with her 2 days ago Dri because I realized I wanted you more. The night of the championship was when I realized that you're the only girl I want. Adrienne I need you"

"I love you too Dell" I pecked his lips and he led me to his car and we drove to my house.

"So please call me tonight. I gotta at least give my parents time to cry over me" he chuckled and I smiled at him.

"I missed you baby girl" he hugged me tightly.

"I missed you even more than you could" I stopped
mid-sentence because my breathing was short.

"Baby where's your inhaler."

"In my car" I cared her bridal to her room where I quickly hook up her machine. She likes when someone plays in her hair while she's doing her treatment.

"Okay that's good" she turned it off and put it up in her room.

"Odell I'll be okay. Go home to you parents. I'll call I promise." I kissed his cheek and he left.

Man I'm happy I got my baby back. Now I have to call Kenzie and see how she is.

After two Rings she picked up

"Hey Dri. I'm at Vic's house can I call you back"

"HI ADRIENNE BECKHAM JR" I heard Vic yell.

"Yeah sure. Tell Cruz to hush" we giggled and I hung up.

KNOCK KNOCK

"Come in."

My little sister Maddie came in and sat on my bed and hugged me.

"Can you keep Odell? I like the way he treats you. His little savage brother Kordell can learn a thing or two." I chuckled.

I think things are starting to brighten up. Maybe?
