Your POV

As sunlight dappled the treehouse floor, I opened my eyes and rolled over. Deciding it would be best to try and get up, I tried to sit up. Key word: try. I had forgotten about the huge cut on my stomach, and it hurt to move. I ended up on the treehouse floor with the sunlight that had been so cheerful. Now it just seemed to laugh at me. I glared at it, then put my head on the ground, trying to ignore the pain of my tail being crushed. I head a ladder creak and a male chuckling. I looked up and saw both Laurance and Garroth. Laurance was chuckling while while Garroth was just smiling, his cyan eyes bright. I noticed he had changed out of his armor. I put my head back on the ground and once again tried to sit up. Once again I failed. Laurance stopped laughing, and came to help me.

"Is it the cut?" He asked. I nodded as he helped me sit up. Garroth, who apparently hadn't heard about my injury even though we were in the same dimension for a year. Or a minute. It really depends who you ask. "I would have thought it would have healed a little in the few weeks I haven't see you," Laurance said as he attempted to help me stand. I forced a laugh.

"Yeah, it hasn't even been a week. It's barely been a day. Different dimensions, and wibbly wobbly, timey wimey stuff. Heh." As I successfully stood up and held Laurance's shoulder for support, Garroth asked a question.

"Wait, you were cut? By Zane?" he asked, his crisp British accent clearly heard.

"Yeah. See?" I pulled up my shirt just enough so Garroth could see the blood stained leaves plastered to my stomach. He sucked in his breath and I winced. "Yeah, it hurts. Do you know if Donna is still around? Wasn't she the nurse?"

"Yes, Donna is still in Phoenix Drop, and she is actually one of the few villagers who didn't abandon Phoenix Drop when we disappeared to the Irene Dimension for fifteen years. Even if she is still here, Aphmau might be better for healing," Laurance said.

"Aphmau?" I asked, tilting my head. "Why her?"

"You wouldn't know because you weren't here, you either Garroth, but remember how Aphmau absorbed that relic? Well, when we got back she could heal people. At first, it would take a lot out of her. But as she kept healing, it took less and less effort and strength." Laurance laughed a little. "The first time she healed someone, Dante, she passed out for a few hours. Everyone was really worried. I was terrified because I thought she had traded her life for his." Just then someone who looked like Garroth's doppelgänger climbed up the ladder with a green eyed brunette. My ears twitched. Both their eyes widened.

"(Y/N)!" they cried. After a few seconds of staring I recognized them.

"Woah. Are- Are you Levin and Malachi? You two have grown so much." I said as they approached me. They hugged me and I sucked in my breath, trying not to growl at them. They noticed however, and asked what was wrong.

"Hey guys, let's not hug (Y/N) until she's better, okay?" Laurance recommended. I noticed he still speaks them like they're children, even though technically Malachi is around nine hundred years his senior. Both of Aphmau's children backed away, heeding Laurance's advice.

"It was nice to see you again (Y/N). Do you want me to try and get Aphmau for you?" Levin asked.

   "That's-"

"That would be great. Thank you Levin," Laurance cut me off. He watched as Malachi and Levin disappeared down the ladder. I looked at the brunette and noticed him glaring slightly at the ladder.
