Chapter 46: Coma pt 2

Davids POV

I had no clue what was going on, why was I here? All I remember was feeling sick and now I am here... Today I was meeting up with Liza at Starbucks with Mike. I decided to pick out my best clothes and I threw on a black cap, I had to try and win back Liza because what if I stayed in this different universe forever, I at least wanted to have the love of my life with me.
I walked into Starbucks to see Liza sitting at a table but not with Mike. I walked over to her.
D- Hi
L- Oh hi David
D- Where's Mike?
L- He's going to be five minutes late
D- Okay, well I'm going to go get some coffee
L- Here's some money can you get me something
D- It's okay I'll pay
L- Awww thanks David
I walked up to the till and ordered my favourite and Liza's favourite. I collected my orders and brought them back to our seats.
L- David, how did you remember my favourite?
D- Dunno just did
L- Well that is really sweet of you, I have not had this in ages
D- Why?
L- Mike says caffeine is very bad for you, he's kinda a personal trainer so he's a health freak
I looked at the door and saw what I assumed was Mike walk in. Geeeez how was I suppose to compete with that?! He was buff, tanned, had messy blonde hair and bright blue eyes.
M- Elizabeth is this David?
D- Yes I'm David nice to meet you
His firm handshake kinda took me by surprise.
M- Well I'm just going to get some fruit juice
L- Okay bye
Liza gave him a quick peck on the lips and I'm not going to lie it hurt me. I wanted her all to myself and not some stupid Mike guy to have her!
D- Why does he call you Elizabeth?
L- He likes it better than Liza
D- I think Liza is an adorable name
Liza blushed but then tried to cover it, I forget the cute way she tried to hide her blushing.
L- So David why did you want to talk?
D- I dunno just wanted to see you
Mike came back over and joined us.
M- So what do you work as David?
D- A YouTuber
M- Elizabeth used to be one of those stupid things but I helped her quit and now she has the job of an accountant
D- You quit YouTube!?
L- Ummm yeh
D- But you love YouTube!
L- I know but it wasn't the smartest of jobs!
I looked down at my watch and made up some excuse to leave.
D- Bye
L- Bye
M- Bye
I walked out miserably, this was awful! I had to ask Alex everything that was going on. So I walked over to him at our apartment and asked him.
D- Alex, tell me what happened with me and Liza
A- If you insist maybe it will bring back your memory...
