Chapter 45: Coma pt 1

Liza's POV

Coma. The words echoed around my head. One word that could ruin my life. The nurses stood around Davids bed putting some medicine into him. They left me some time alone with him. I broke down, screaming and crying begging him to wake up. No one was even sure what had caused this, it was just my awful luck. I wanted him to wake up, to hug me, to kiss me, to cuddle with me, to make me feel better and to help me get through everything.

Davids POV

I woke up in my room, which was weird because it was my old room. I didn't live here anymore! I saw Alex walk into my room.
D-Alex why am I here?
A- What are you on about?
D- Why am I not at Liza's?
A- Um David you live here
D- No I don't
A- Wow you must be really sick
D- Alex I'm not sick, where is Liza?
A- I don't know, why on earth are you asking you never want to hang out with her, after you know what happened.
D- What....
A- Oh and by the way Stacey called she wants to see you tonight
D- What, who's Stacy?
A- Wow you must be really sick, Stacy is your girlfriend!
D- No Alex Liza is my girlfriend!
A- DAVID LIZA HAS A BOYFRIEND!
D- What..?
A- David I know you used to like her but you have a girlfriend now
D- She has a boyfriend?
A- Um yeh Mike, David what is up with you?
D- I just don't remember anything
A- Should I take you to the hospital?
D- No I'm okay
A- Look remember you hate Mike? None of us like him and that is why Liza stopped hanging out with us
D- What about Gabbie and Zane?
A- David......
D- What?!
A- Gabbie died in a car crash months ago...
D- No No No WHAT?!
A- I'm going to leave you to try regain your memory
Alex walked out of my room. I was so confused? Where was I?! I heard my bedroom door open and saw a tall blonde girl walk in.
S- Hey Baby
D- Um who are you?
S- Hahaha good one I'm Stacey your beautiful girlfriend duh?!
D- Oh yeh haha
Who the hell was this chick!?
S- Wanna go on a date tonight?
D- Actually I'm going to hang out with an old friend of mine just to catch up
S- Oh
I didn't have plans but I couldn't go out with this chick when I had Liza, well apparently I didn't have Liza anymore.
S- Well I got to go bye cutie
D- Urm bye
When Stacy left my room I grabbed my phone and looked through my contacts to find Liza. She wasn't there but luckily I knew her number off by heart.
D- Hey
L- Who is this?
D- Oh it's David
L- David? How did you get my number
D- I Urm found it on a piece of paper in my drawer
L- Okay... why are you texting me though?
D- I wanted to meet up and talk
L- Sure we can meet today at Starbucks at 12 but I will need to bring Mike
My heart dropped.
D- Oh it's okay
L- Okay see you there
D- Cya later
