Chapter 54: New Year

Liza's POV

Zane had decided to throw a New Years party, it was going to get very crazy. I was getting ready with David and trying to find the perfect outfit.
D- Liza tonight you need to promise me something
L- What?
D- That you won't get drunk tonight
L- David not once in my life have I ever gotten drunk
D- I know just saying though

(At the party)

Everyone was dancing and going mental and some people had even passed out already, it was only half an hour till midnight and the start of a new year.

Gabbies POV

Surprisingly, I was not drunk yet I was just chatting with Alex on the sofa.
A- I'm bored wanna make a bet?
G- What kind of bet?
A- lets see....
Alex scanned around the room obviously looking for someone to bet on.
A- David and Liza are both in an agreement not to drink but I know one of them will break it
G- Liza won't drink
A- Okay so you take Liza and I take David and whoever gets drunk first loses! And if David loses I'll pay you $20 and if Liza loses you pay me $20 deal?
G- Deal! Can we try get the other person to drink?
A- Sure oh and one more thing we can't tell them we made a bet
G- Okay well I'm going to find David and get him drunk
A- I'm going to get Liza

Davids POV

I was talking to a very drunk Heath and Scotty and we were all laughing and dancing crazily, it was nearly midnight and at midnight I wanted to kiss Liza so I would need to find her before then. I saw Gabbie coming up to me looking like she was on a mission.
D- Oh hey Gabbie
G- David your sooooooo boring come on lets grab a drink
D- I'm good I swore I wouldn't drink to Liza
G- Liza won't find out
D- I'm good Gabbie! Now where is Liza it's almost midnight
G- Through in Scottys room with Carly and Erin
D- K bye!
G- Bye

Liza's POV

I was just chilling in Scottys room when Alex came up to me.
A- Hey Liza do you want a drink?
L- Nah I promised David I wouldn't drink
A- Come on one little drink won't hurt
Just then David came into the room.
D- On hey Alex
A- Hey David I'm leaving now
D- Okay...well Liza it's almost midnight you know what that means
L-PARTY!
Just then we heard Zane shouting from the living room.
Z- EVERYONE COME THROUGH FOR THE COUNTDOWN!!
D- Come on

Everyone- 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1.... HAPPY NEW YEAR!
All the couples kissed under the fireworks, including me and David. It was amazing. Soon after we got back to partying, I was really into the party and I was dancing with Carly when Alex came up to me again.
A- Omg Liza try this drink it's amazing
L- Does it have alcohol in it?
A- A tiny bit but David will never find out
L- I guess one sip won't hurt
I took a small sip out of the drink.
L- This is really good Alex go get me a cup
A- Sure!
I drank about four cups of that really nice drink and I felt really dizzy and crazy. I saw Gabbie run up to me.
G- NOOOO!
L- Whhhhat?
G- Your drunk!?
L- Nooooo , well yes I am
G- You made me lose a bet!
L- You bet on me?
G- Whhhhhhat no!
L- Ugh Gabbie I feel awful
G- Wow Liza you look really sick
L- I feel.... dizzy

Gabbies POV

Liza collapsed to the ground, and everyone looked over and ran to her.
G- It's fine she is just really drunk
I lifted Liza up and placed her down on the sofa, I heard Alex shouting to go get David. David was going to get really mad at her so I had to try keep him calm.

Davids POV

Alex came running through to the room I was in with a worried look on his face.
D- Alex what's wrong?
A- Liza....umm....got drunk and passed out
D- Is she okay?!
A- Fine but you might want to go see her and please stay calm
I couldn't help but be mad because she promised me! I ran through to the living room to see everyone crowded around Liza who was lying in the couch with an ice pack on her head. Gabbie rushed over to me and tried to push me back.
G- Don't get mad David
D- Look I will talk to her when she is not drunk, right now I will have to take her home.
G- Okay David just know it wasn't her fault
D- How can it not be her fault
G- Well me and Alex sorta made a bet to see which one of you would drink first so Alex kinda persuaded her...
D- Imma kill him!
G- Worry about that later, now just take Liza home
I went over to the couch and picked up Liza, carrying her over my shoulder and taking her to my car
I was about to strap her in when I felt her begin to stir, she then woke up.
L- Oh David...
D- Yes Liza?
L-I wanna kiss you
D- No can do you really upset me tonight
Liza took me surprise and kissed me passionately, I kissed back at first but then realise how much she had upset me tonight and pushed me off of her of me and strapped he into the seat.
L- Hey! I wanted tooooo kiss!
D- Liza I'm very mad at you
L- I'm sowy
L- I love youuuuu
D- after everything you have done tonight I still love you but I'm mad right now Pookie
