Chapter 68: Beach Day

Liza's POV

After everything that happened with Gabbie losing her baby, everyone was a bit stressed so I decided we should all go on a trip to the beach. I texted everyone on a group chat.
L- Hey guys wanna go to the beach today?

S- Yaaaaaaaaaa!

T- Sure why not

D- Sure babe❤

S- Awww thanks David❤

D- Scott I was talking to Liza

H- Haha yeh I'll go

Z- Nothing better to do

G- I will go, need to have some fun

C- Erin and I can't go

L- Okay, what bout Elton?

H- Elton's phone is dead he told me to say he can't go

L- Okay then meet at 4?

S- Sure

H- K cya there

D- I'll go with you Liza

G- Okay sounds good

Z- Suits me

T- That's fine

It was 4 now. David and i hopped in the car and i had in this cute bikini on under a crop top and shorts. I was excited to have some fun because everyone was just a bit down after Gabbie lost her baby. David interrupted my thoughts.
D- Hey we are here
L- Cool
D- Liza you were on another planet there, what were you thinking about?
L- Stuff
D- Gabbies baby?
Hearing the word baby made my stomach feel weird. Why? Not sadness almost like I was missing something. Once again I was interrupted by my friends running towards David and I.
(First letter of the name indicates person e.g Scotty- s)

S- Sup Diza!
D- Hey bro
T- Come on lets go in the sea

L- David I am not going in the sea!
D- Oh come on just for a bit
L- No
D- Please?
L- No
D- Fine then
David ran over to me and picked me up
L- DAVID PUT ME DOWN!
David laughed then ran me out into the ocean and dunked both of us underneath the water. I swam back up and gave David a death glare.
L- I hate you
D- You know you love me
L- you are almost so single
D- Love you too
