Chapter 82: Ester's date

Esters POV

Right now Liza was driving me to meet Adam at the mall to go see a movie. I was really excited to see him again because it was lots of fun hanging out with him before. Today was our last day with David and Liza in LA then we had to move back to Chicago. I would be sad to leave Liza and Adam.

When I arrived I said bye to Liza and went to the spot we had planned to meet up at at roughly one, I was a bit late but he wasn't there yet. I went on my phone as I waited and waited for him to come. Still no sign. This was ridiculous it was nearly two now! I guess I got stood up... I called Liza and explained everything, she said she was only 5 minutes away and would be there shortly and she was bringing Gabbie.
10 minutes passed and I heard Liza call my name.
L- Ester!
E- Hey Liza, hey Gabbie
G- Hey what's wrong kiddo?
E- I got stood up
G- Oh that happens to me a lot but trust me that boy doesn't know what he's missing out on!
L- Yeh Ester any boy would be lucky to have you
E- Thanks guys for making me feel better
L- Wanna head home?
E- Yeh
G- Liza I'm coming by the way
L- Sure Gabbie

Liza's POV

I felt bad for Ester, she seemed to really like that kid. Boys are jerks sometimes but I'm lucky I found me a keeper. We decided when we get back we would have a girls night by binge watching series and doing other things too, when we got home Toby gave me a hug and David looked confused.
D- Back so soon?
L- Not now David
Ester walked into the bathroom so David approached me.
D- What's up?
L- That dumb boy stood her up
D- Oh that's a shame
G- David it's a big deal she's really upset!
D- Gabbie there is nothing to be upset about she just got her heart broken she should get over it
G- Coming from you
D- What?
G- Who had a meltdown when Liza broke up with him? Urrr YOU!
D- You are over exaggerating
G- I have a photo
Gabbie showed us a photo of David with ripped up clothes and bawling his eyes out.
D- I'm leaving
L- Bye babe
G- YAS GIRLS NIGHT!

After we had a fun night Gabbie left and we put the kids to bed.
D- Finally tomorrow it will be just me and you
L- But I'll miss your siblings
We saw Toby pop his head around the door.
T- Can I sleep with you, I had a scary dream
L- Of course Toby!
Toby ran over and jumped in between David and I, he instantly fell asleep and David leaned over and kissed me.
D- I love you
L- Love you too
