D-LIZA
I ran to the kitchen to see Liza lying on the ground, blood and glass everywhere. I slid beside her and stroked her cheek and looked for her wounds. She had a huge cut on her arm and one down her side.
D-Liza...
I whispered through tears...
D- GABBIE WE NEED TO CALL 911!
G- Okay okay on it!
D- Liza Liza stay with me stay awake...
D- Gabbie quick she's not breathing!!!!
G- I'm going as fast as I can!
D- GO QUICKER!!
I was sobbing now and holding her in my arms.
D- Liza..... come on
911 arrived about 5 minutes later, and immediately rushed Liza to hospital. I went with her and held her hand the who,e way (p- paramedic)
P- How did this happen
D-I....I.... don't know...
P- No clue what so ever?
D-Well she screamed then we heard a smash and glass everywhere
P- We believe that she was trying to reach something and it fell on top of her
D- Will she be okay?
P- I can't make any promises but we have a great team so she will be in safe hands
D- Okay....
When we arrived at the hospital Liza had to go into surgery immediately, they told me I had to wait outside. The surgery felt like hours, in fact so long that I eventually fell asleep...
I was later awoken by a nurse shaking my shoulder.
N- Excuse me are you David Dobrik
D- Yes I am
N- okay well I don't know how to break this to you
D- what do you mean
N- Well she only has a 10% chance of survival
D- No No No
Suddenly there was a loud noise coming from Liza's room.
N- She is flatlining....
Nurses and Doctors crowed around her while I stood beside them sobbing.
N- Quick Quick we need CPR
D- Save her please...
The flatline continued despite all their work.
N- I'm so sorry...
D- Can I just have my last words?
N- Of course let me just unplug the machine
The nurse then left and that meant that Liza and I were on our own.
D- Liza, I love you so much baby and I miss you already you are my whole world and I can't live without you, it's all my fault if I hadn't have let you go to that dam sleepover you would be alive.... I miss you Liza.
Then all my emotions came loose and I cried my heart out, I was so mad at my self that I ripped apart the flowers I had bought for her.
I then looked at the mess I had made and fell to the floor beside Liza's bed. I just cried and caprice wishing I could hold her in my arms.
D- Liza I need you....
Just then I felt a hand run through my hair...
L- I need you to baby
D- LIZA!
I kissed her like it would be the last time I would ever kiss her again.
D-Liza I though you were gone!
Liza looked around the room.
L- Clearly
D- Baby don't you ever scare me like that again
L-Oh Dobrik I love you
D- I love you too Liza, I really do.
