Chapter Four

Skylar's POV

Lauran, the guys and I were walking to the food court to eat. Both Lauran and I with a bunch of shopping bags.

We found a table and set our stuff down and sat down. They boys following behind us.

"What do you ladies want to eat?" Shaun asked, sitting next to Lauran. Causing Jason to growl.

She put a hand over Jason's and he calmed down.

"I want pizza. What do you want Lo?" I asked.

"I'll have pizza too."

"Guys, what do you want?" I asked.

"I'm not that hungry." Ryder said

"Me either." Said Zach

"Same." Said Jason

"Okay. So one large pepperoni pizza?" Shaun asked

"Yup." I said

"Okay. Be right back." He said, walking away.

Ten minutes later, Shaun comes back with our pizza.

"Hey Sky." Lauran says a huge grin on her face.

"What up Lo Lo." I say

"Guess what."

"What?"

"Your birthday is in a week!" she squeals

"Which means yours is in two weeks." I squeal back

"What should we do to celebrate?" I asked

"PARTY!" she yells

"Definitely."

"Wait, your guys' birthdays are coming up?" Zach asked

"Yeah, mine is on the 15th and Lauran's is the 22nd." I say

"Yup and the weekend after my birthday we have a huge party for both of us." Lauran says

"So, you have a party on your actual birthdays then one after?" Jason asks

"No, we just have one huge party for both of us."

"Oh."

Lauran, the guys, and I arrive back at the pack house just before dinner. Lauran and I run our stuff up to our room and come back down to eat.

When Lauran and I were done we went to our rooms to put our stuff away.

'Skylar,' my dad mind linked me.

'Yeah?'

'Can you and Lauran come to my office please?"

'Yeah, we will be right there'

I walk out of my room and over to Lauran's room to see her in her closet.

"Lo Lo, my dad wants to see us." I told her.

"Okay, coming."

We walk out of her room and to my dad's office. We walk in and see Jason, Ryder and Zach, and Alpha Drake.

"Come in girls." My father says, gesturing to the couch.

We walk over to it and sit, our mates standing next to us.

"So girls, I see you found your mates." My dad says.

"Yes, we have." I reply

"Okay. And you realize that they leave tomorrow."

"Where are you going with this?"

"You girls will be leaving with them tomorrow."

"WHAT?!?" We both say, jumping up off the couch.

"You girls have to leave with your mates."

"B-but our family is here, our life is here." I say

"I understand that, but it doesn't change the fact that you will be leaving tomorrow with your mates."

"What time are we leaving?" I asked with a little sass and annoyance in my tone.

"10 'o' clock in the morning."

"Fine."

Lauran and I get up and walk out of my father's office. We walk up to our rooms and give each other a glance and head into our rooms.

I start packing some stuff up when a knock on my door snaps me out of it. I walk over to the door and open it to see Zach and Ryder.

"Come in." I say, walking back to my bags.

They walk over and sit on my bed staring at me.

"What?" I ask them.

"Nothing. Just, are you happy that you're coming with us?" Zach asks

"Of course I am, it's just that I'm going to miss my family."

"Oh, okay."

"Why would you think that I wouldn't be happy."

"I don't know."

"At least I'm not leaving all of my family. Lauran's coming with." I say with a grin.

"Would it be okay if we stayed with you tonight?" Ryder asks

"Sure."

I finished packing, with the help of the guys, got changed into batman pajama pants and a tank top. I got into bed just as Ryder and Zach finished taking off their clothes so they just in their boxers.

We all got into bed with me in the middle, Ryder behind me and Zach in front of me; and they both wrapped their arms around me.

Zach kissed me on the forehead and Ryder kissed me on the cheek and we all fell asleep.
