My Twin Mates

Chapter Eight

Skylar's POV

Lauran and I walk into the shop and go over to decide what we want. The boys come me soon after. We all walk over to a both and Lauran and I eat out ice cream. Ryder, I've noticed had finally cooled down and was next to me with his arm around my shoulder. We all talk about random things, like Lauran and I acceptance ceremony into the pack, which will happen about a week after Lauran's birthday. We talk about other things and I hear the bell ring, signaling the someone was come in. I turn around and see Mason and Cameron come in. They must have sensed us or something cause as soon as they  walked in, they looked right at Lauran and I.

They  had a smirk on their face as they got closer.

"Hey babe." Cameron said to Lauran.

"Dude, back off, she mine." Jason said, getting very angry.

"Dude, no she's not. Babe, tell the douche that your mine."

"Um, no." Lauran said.

"What." Cameron asked,  bewildered. "Babe, you know your mine."

"Actually, I'm not, I'm defiantly his." Lauran said, scooting closer to Jason.

"Sucks to be you Cam, at least I still got my girl." Mason said, trying to kiss my cheek.

"Uh, check again cause last time I checked, she was ours," Zach said, looking right a Mason.

"You're with both guys. Seriously."

"Mhmm." I said.

"Wow, so you're a slut now."

"Whut at did you just call her?" Zach asked, getting in Mason's face.

"A.....SLUT."

I could see that Zach was getting furious and before I could get to him, he was on top of Mason. I tried to get him off but I was pulled back and Ryder and Jason went to pull him off. Once they got him I saw that Mason had blood all over his face, surely his nose had to be broken, and bruises were starting to form. I grabbed Zach, and when I got to him, I saw that his eyes were black, meaning that his wolf was in control.

"It's okay," I whispered to him. "I'm here." 

He held me tightly and put his face in my neck.

"Mason," I said, causing Zach to tense, "You should go."

"Fine, I'll go, but I'll be back, and you will be mine Skylar, weather you like it or not. " He said, holding his nose and walking out with Cameron following.

"Are you okay?" I asked Zach once I noticed that he had calmed down.

"Yeah." He said, still holding me tightly.

"We should get back to the pack house." Jason said.

"Yeah, let's go." I said

We walked out of the shop and walked back to the cars.  Ryder got in the drivers seat and I got in the back with Zach, who still hasn't let me go. We pulled out and headed back to the pack house.

When we got there, Lauran and Jason were getting out of there car and heading inside. Ryder got out and waited for Zach and I to get out.

"Zach, we gotta get out." I told him, his head was still in the crook of my neck and he wasn't moving. 

"Okay." He muttered.

He moved his head and open the door, firm grip on my hand, got out of the car with me following suit. Once I was out I grabbed Ryder's hand and we walked inside.

We walked into the living room, where Lauran and Jason were cuddled up on the couch, scrolling threw the channels on the TV. I pulled the boys over to the couch next to the one that Jason and Lauran were and and sat them down, then sat on Zach's lap with my legs on Ryder's. Jason found a movie that we all agreed on and for the rest of the day we just chilled together.

Mason and Cameron are human so they don't understand why Skylar is with both Ryder and Zach.
