Chapter 5: Morning Love

The morning sun shined through the white curtains of Jakes bedroom.
It was 6:45 in the morning and they had school in 2 hours.
Natalie looked at the sleeping Jake, laying beside her.
He looked so innocent when he was asleep. She looked had his scars and sighed. She smiled and looked at Jakes mouth move.
"Are you watching me sleep?"
Jakes eyes opened and Natalies closed. She pretended to be asleep.
Jake chuckled and grabbed her, pulling her close. She smirked but kept pretending to sleep.
He smiled and started to twirl her hair. She opened her eyes and smiled at her new boyfriend.
"Okay...I was looking at you. You look so adorable when your sleeping."
He shakes his head and chuckles.
"That was umm...a different night."
"Yeah...but a good one."
Jake laughs as he leans in and kisses her on the lips. She smiles and they continue to kiss.
All of a sudden Natalies phone goes off. She lighlty lifted off him and sat up. She grabbed her phone and he yawned, looking at Natalie answering her phone.
"Yes?"
She says.
"Where were you last night?"
"Oh mom...sorry. I um..."
Natalie looked back at Jake. He waved alittle.
"I was at Emmas."
"Well that's funny cause I just called Emma and she just said you had a little date with Jake last night."
"Okay. Fine...I slept over his...okay."
"Okay. Just come before school okay."
"Alright. See ya in abit."
She hung up and leaned back, laying back down.
"Why didn't you just tell her."
"You know how mom's are."
"Well my mom told me to get you."
Natalie turned her head to him."
"Really."
"Yeah."
"Well...mission accomplished."
Jake pulled her in.
"You know...I never throught I'd actually have sex with you."
She laughs.
"Well. Believe it or not. That was my first time."
She covered her mouth.
Jake looked at her shocked.
"You were good for your first time."
"Well...thank you...wait, was that a compliment or..."
Jake shakes his head and stops her from talking by kissing her with a quick peck.
Natalie kisses his cheek and gets up.
She stretches and looks at the time.
It was 7:15.
"Time to get ready. My mom wants me home before school."
"Okay."
Jake layed there watching Natalie dress herself to leave.
She ties her hair up and sits back on Jakes bed, leans in and kisses him on the lips.
"I'll see you at school."
He nods biting his lip.
She grabbed her phone and went home.

Natalie entered her house and saw her mother looking at her with her arms crossed.
"Hello mom..."
She just stood there. Then she started to smile.
"So what happened."
Natalie looked at her mother with a questioned look.
"Hello. Is Natalie in there?"
"Oh yeah. It's just werid your not yelling at me cause I slept with a boy."
"You what!"
Natalie jumped alittle.
Teresa laughed and hugged her daughter.
"I'm happy for you. You finally got your little crush in bed."
"My little crush?"
"Yeah, You had a crush on him when you were so little. I'm surprised you didn't sleep together sooner."
"My god."
"You used protection. Right, don't make the same mistake I did...having you."
"Oh my lord mother!"
Teresa laughed as she watched her daughter walk up the stairs to her room.
Natalie stood in her room and saw her dream journal on her bed side table.
Her mouth dropped when she realised, she didn't have a nightmare last night. The first time in months that she didn't have one...because she was with Jake,
Her rock.

I posted twice today because I probably won't post tomorrow, because its my birthday, 2nd January.
