Chapter 25: Killer Theatre

Natalie parked onto the property and walked to the farm. She pulled the gate open and Audrey and Emma were kneeled down with blood on there hands.
Mayor Maddox was dead on the ground.
"Nat."
"Audrey!"
Natalie grabbed Audrey by her jacket and pushed her against the barn wall.
"You knew! You lied to me!"
"What?"
She lifted her hands.
"About Jake! You knew he was dead!"
Natalie was to angry to cry.
"I...I-"
Police sirens were heard and red and blue lights flashed everywhere.
Police officers and the sheriff ran up.
They looked to see the Mayors body on the ground.
"Hands up. Your under arrest."
The 3 girls put there hands up. Police officers put hand cuffs on them and walked out.
"You can't be serious you think we killed the Mayor. The killer was in the barn. Your letting him get away."
Teresa came running.
"Your arresting her?"
"They were over a dead body. Covered in blood. I'm sorry."
The police officers pushed the girls into the car and Natalie looked back at her mother. She looked at the front and glared at Audrey.
"I'm sorry."
Audrey muttered quietly.
"No your not."
Natalie shook her head.
"You bring Piper here...you knew my boyfriend was dead and you never told me."
"How could I?"
"If you told someone that he was dead! I wouldn't of had his guts fall on me!"
She raised her voice.
Audreys eyes teared up. Her bestfriend was yelling in her face and she knew she should of said something.
A police officer got in and started the car up.
"Shut up and we will be at the station any minute."
He started to drive.
Natalie looked down at her shoes which had the Mayors blood all over them.
After a few minutes of driving Natalie looked up to see someone in the middle of the road.
"Watch out!"
The police officer went to the side and drove right into a light post.

The 3 girls checked themselves for any sign of injuries and the police officer was gone. Emma looked to see his dead body on the ground as the killer hovered over his body.
"Oh god."
The killer moved and he couldn't be seen.
"Wheres he go?"
"I don't know."
The 3 girls pushed up against one of the doors and it opened.
They screamed and pushed back away from the open door.
The killer hunched down and held up his knife and showed the blood on it. He let go of one finger and keys fell onto the seat. He ran away right after.
"Those are the keys for the handcuffs."
One by one they unlocked there handcuffs and got out.
"Come on."
Emma went round to the cop and got the gun he had.
"Hes still out here."
She turned and ran into the forest.
"Emma wait!"
Audrey and Natalie followed and ran through the forest till they could find any thing but the killer.

They arrived at the gas station store.
The shops phone rang and the man picked it up. They all walked in and Natalie watched the tv.
"Hey this is gonna sound werid but is there an Emma here?"
"Yeah that's me."
"This is for you."
He gives the phone to Emma. They all huddle and Emma answers.
"Hello?"
"Oh Em. You must feel like a star. Everyone wants a piece of you."
"Look outside."
Emma whispers to Audrey. She runs to the door and looks out.
"I know you let us out, why?"
"I want to keep playing. If you hand yourselves in or even get caught, I'm gonna gut someone you, Natalie or Audrey loves."
Natalie frowned while putting her ear to the other side of the phone.
"Better start running."
The line cut and Emma out the phone down.
The tv said our names. Making the girls look at the tv.
"If anyone sees Emma Duval, Audrey Jensen or Natalie Foster. Please call us immediately."
"Oh no."
"Come on let's go."
Emma pushed them out and they continued to run before the store clerk could call 911.

Everyone met up at where Audrey worked, the theatre.
The 3 girls couldn't be found and this was the best plan.
Natalie hugged Will and Audrey hugged Noah.
Kieran and Emma stood smiling at eachother.
Noah hugged his sister aswell.
"You okay?"
"I could be better."
Noah smiles.
"We are gonna change. We can't live in dirty clothes covered in blood."
"I got some clothes. I knew you need it."
Noah pulled up a bag and Natalie took it.
"Thanks bro."
They went to the bathroom and changed.
As Emma was quickly finishing up.
Natalie looked at Audrey.
"We're gonna get through this...together. No more lies."
Natalie nodded. The two of them hugged.
Natalie couldn't forgive her but shes trying.
Natalies phone went off.
"Hello?"
"Hey, isn't it Jakes little girl-"
Emma grabbed the phone.
"What do you want."
"Looked like the gangs all together. Whats the occasion, another funeral?"
"Wow you really think your that funny don't you. You're a coward. Running around in a mask."
"Careful Emma. Nobody wants to see my face."
"I'm at the movie theatre. Want me? Come and get me."
She hung up on the killer.
"Emma? Are you sure that was a good idea?"
"I'm done running."
Emma passes Natalies phone back to her.
"Let's get ready..."
