It's been a month since Ava left for college and it was hard watching my baby girl leave but she's going to do great things. I know it. I woke around seven and heard Gina's snores through the baby monitor. This has been such a crazy summer but that's how summers go for the Caniff's. I threw some clothes on and went downstairs. I was shocked when I seen Hannah sobbing and looking through old pictures.
"Babe what's wrong?", I asked.
"It's just I miss these days" she replied gazing at a photo of Caleb and Ava playing in the pool.
I knew this would be hard on Han. I knew having another baby wouldn't take away the sadness and don't get me wrong I'm sad too. All my kids are growing up and leaving and having baby's of their own but I know everything's okay.
"Han listen to me, yes our kids are growing up but that doesn't mean they're gone forever. They're still our baby's and we have a whole lot of time left with Gina too. Being sad won't give her the best life possible", I said.
Hannah smiled and I fell more in love with her.
"You're right Taylor I just wanted a happy ever after", she shrugged.
"We won't ever have a happy ever after babe but we will always have a family ever after".....
