Family ever after

     Just like that the love of my life slipped out of my fingers. As I watched her walk away I questioned why I didn't try to stop her again. Something told me not to and that it would be pointless. She was five months pregnant so what position would I have? I sighed as I realized she was gone. I knew I couldn't be here for her as her boyfriend but I could be here as a support system right? What am I thinking? I picked up my phone and dialed my managers number.
"Hello?", her voice said.
"Hey Gail? {don't know his managers name. Sorry.}
"Oh Shawn. What I can do for you?".
"That tour we were discussing...sign me up".

     "She's what!!!!?", I yelled after Hazel told me about Ava.

"Caleb listen to me! She's scared enough as it is. Don't yell and scream at her! It's not her fault", Hazel said.

I calmed down and sat next to Hazel. I slipped my hand into hers and felt better. Hazel always makes me feel better when I'm upset.

"I know she is babe and I know it's not her fault but it's just hard knowing my baby sister is pregnant", I sighed.

"She'll be a great mom honey. She's strong like you", Hazel smiled.

I loved that smile. I pecked her lips gently then placed my hand on her belly. It's weird to think my sister, my mom and I are all having kids. Ava will be a great mom and so will Hazel.

"You're beautiful", I whispered to Hazel.

She kissed me gently but then more roughly and you can guess the rest....

     I sat in my room rubbing my belly. I kept thinking about my life with a baby. It would be odd for sure but there's nothing I want more now than to be a great mother and give my kid the best life possible. Speaking of mom, I should probably tell her and my dad. They're going to freak but honestly I couldn't help it. I wouldn't be pregnant if it weren't for Jace. I sighed and walked down to Caleb's room.

"Hey Av", Hazel said.

"Hey I'm about to tell my parents and I really want you there", I said.

"Oh yeah for sure!".

Hazel and I walked downstairs where my parents were.

"Ugh gross you guys!!! You aren't seventeen!!!", I said covering my eyes.

They were kissing each other like animals.

"What's up sweetheart?", my mom asked.

Hazel grabbed my hand and squeezed it.

"I....I'm pregnant", I said.

I closed my eyes when I said it but when I opened them my parents sat there in shock.

"Ava", my mom said.

"Avalon", my dad said.

I nodded. No one really knew what to say because again, I didn't want to get pregnant. I didn't want to have sex.

"What's your plan?", mom asked.

"I'm keeping it".

"Are you sure that's what you want to do?", dad asked.

I nodded again and put my hand on my belly.

"We will not raise this baby or your brothers. Got it?", mom said sternly.

"Yes I got it".

      After Ava told us she was pregnant I didn't know how to react. I know she couldn't help it but I guess I just wanted more for my kids. I didn't want them to give up their teenager years like Taylor and I did.

"Our baby's are having baby's", I told Taylor later that night after the kids had gone to bed.

"I wanted more for them Han. I thought we were doing everything to prevent this", he said.

I saw the heartbroken look plastered on Taylor's face.

"Well Ava you know couldn't help it but Caleb", I said.

"I gave him the talk. Hell I bought the kid condoms!!", Taylor said.

"Just like his dad. Refuses to use them", I laughed.

"So looks like there's gonna be three kids running around here for awhile", Taylor said.

"Well we did want our house to be full again".

"Maybe we should decide on a name for our little newbie", he suggested.

"What about Gina?", I said. "After my mom".

"That would be great honey", he smiled.

"Gina Brielle Caniff?", Taylor suggested.

I gave him a kiss and he took that as a yes. Everything was right where it belonged until this happened....
