Family ever after

Ever since losing Violet I haven't been myself. I feel like it was my fault she passed away. I haven't been out of my room in two weeks and I haven't eaten. My parents try and Shawn tries to make me eat or go outside but if I go outside what else could I do to screw someone's life up?

"Baby you've got to get up", Shawn said.

I shook my head. I know this isn't what Shawn wanted the start of our relationship to be but I can't help it.

"Fine. You've forced me to go this far", he sighed. "HAZEELLL!!".

Hazel walked in with tons of clothes and a box full of makeup.

"Come on girl!", she said pulling me out of bed.

"Hazel what are you doing?", I asked.

"You are going to a party and getting out of this room", she replied.

"You funny", I laughed.

"I'm serious Ava. You can't sit in here for the rest of your life!".

"Do it for me", Shawn said giving me those big brown eyes.

"Fine I'll go", I said throwing my hands up in defeat.

"Yay! Now go shower because you smell like a fish market", Hazel said pushing me into my bathroom.

After my refreshing shower Hazel began throwing different outfit options at me.

"Babe what do you think?", I asked Shawn.

"The black one", he smirked. "Your a-

I threw a pillow at him and walked into my bathroom to change. I looked in the mirror and saw how my stomach was flat again. I missed my little bump.

"I miss you baby girl", I whispered.

"She misses you too", Shawn said wrapping his arms around my waist.

I gave him a long kiss and Hazel began doing my makeup.

"You look awesome", Shawn said.

I smiled and kissed him again. Hazel was to pregnant to go to the party so it would be just Shawn and I.

"Where you kids off to?", my dad asked.

We haven't exactly told my parents about us yet. Only Caleb and my mom know. My dad would totally freak.

"Shawn has a uh....awards show and be promised me I could meet G-Eazy so I'm going", I lied.

"Hmmm...alright. Have fun and be safe", my dad said pecking my cheek.

We arrived at the party and it was sure going to be a great night.

I was glad to see Ava up and going out again but something wasn't right. I had noticed Shawn come around a lot more lately but mainly for Ava and when they were around each other they acted closer than usual. Maybe it has something to do with him stopping Jace.

"Well Ava's up and going again", I told Hannah.

"Yeah her and Shawn are going to a party. Isn't he such a good boyfriend to her?", Hannah said.

She covered her mouth when she said that and I lost it.

"SHAWN AND AVA ARE DATING!!!? NO!!! NO!!!", I shouted. "I WILL KILL HIM!!!".

"TAYLOR CALM DOWN NOW!!!", Hannah yelled.

That didn't stop me.

"Taylor my water broke!!!", she yelled.
