Jace and I walked through the halls before the bell and everyone was judging me because he was popular and I wasn't.

"Such a slut", someone whispered.

"He's probably only dating her for sex", another whispered.

"Don't let it bother you", Jace said in my ear and pecking my cheek.

Jace intertwined his hand with mine as we continued walking. The bell rang so sadly we had to part ways. I walked into math which was my best subject and sat down. She walked in and sat beside of me.

"Hey Avalon", Hazel said.

"It's Ava", I corrected her.

"Whatever look, Caleb and I are getting back together so I'm going to need you to not be around. K?", she said patting my arm.

"Excuse me? That's my brother and he wouldn't make me leave when your around. You're a dumb slut who screws my brother over and I'm sick of it. So I'm going to need you to go away. K?", I smiled and mocked her patting.

Everyone was laughing and Hazel looked mad.

"Whatever. I'm only dating your brother for-

Before she could finish I was already jumping across the desk and punching her face as hard as I could. She attempted to hit me back but failed.
"Why did you get in a fight?", my mom asked folding her arms and looking at me with an angry look.

I looked at Caleb who begged me with pleading eyes.

"I don't know what's got in to you but this will not happen again. Now go to your room. You're grounded for two weeks", my mom said pointing to the staircase.

Caleb owes me big time. I walked upstairs and into my room. Luckily she didn't take my phone and I could still talk to Jace.

"Why did you fight her?", Caleb asked walking in my room.

I knew if I told him it would crush him so I had to lie.

"She called me ugly", I shrugged.

"Whatever Av I know when you're lying", he said sitting on my bean bag chair.

"It's not important so just drop it".

My phone went off and it was Jace.
From Jace G💜: hey cutie...how bout I come scoop you up and take you to dinner or something <3

I looked up from my phone and gave Caleb a go to hell look.

"What?", he asked.

"Your bi*** of a girlfriend just costed me a date with Jace!!!!".

"I'm sorry Ava. If I would've listened to you-

"Stop", I put my hand up. "You owe me for not spilling the fact you have sex so your sneaking me out".

"What? Ava-

"Fine. MOMMMM DADDD!!", I shouted.

"Fine I'll take you just shut up and be ready", he said walking out.

I pecked his cheek and started searching for an outfit. I texted Jace back to let him know we could hang out.
To Jace G💜: My brother has to drive me but I'll meet you at the movies and we can go somewhere<3

I settled on my outfit and went to Caleb's room.

"Let's go", he mumbled.

We snuck out of his window and to his car.

"I don't think this is a good idea Av", Caleb said pulling up to the theater.

"Relax", I replied. "I'll be fine".

I hopped out of the car and found Jace standing by the ticket booth.

"Let's get away from here. I've got a better place", he said with a smirk.

I didn't want to go home straight away and I had a lot on my mind so I just decided to drive around for a bit. I know Hazel is bad news for me and I shouldn't want her but I do. I mean she didn't use to be this way. She was sweet and caring but when she turned seventeen something changed. I always get mad at my sister for her perspective on the situation but I understand why she's concerned and totally against it. It's the same way I'm totally against her dating Jace. He uses girls and I don't want Ava getting wrapped up in that. Not to mention he's a huge partier and smoker. Back to the Hazel thing, I've been hopelessly in love with her forever but she didn't feel the same I guess. A small tear escaped my left eye and I wiped it away quickly. I've never been emotional about girls but with Hazel it's different. I sat in my car and heard my phone go off. It was Hazel.
Hazel 😍: hey babe.....missing you. Why don't you come over 😉
I know Ava would murder me but I started the engine and drove towards Hazels house.

"Hi baby boy", she smiled when she opened the door.

She was wearing a pink crop top and booty white shorts. She looked hot.

I said nothing but stepped inside her house. I smashed our lips together and picked her up.

"You're so damn sexy", I growled.

We stumbled to her room and let's just say it was a great night.....
