Ashley and Jenna stood on the subway, clinging tightly onto the pole. The train was stuffed to the brim with people. So many people.
Also, it smelled bad.
Jenna poked Ashley "Cute girl behind you"
Ashley turned and looked as subtle as she could and gazed at this "cute" girl. Who,in fact, was cute as fuck.
Ashley gasped "Look at her,she's so cute i'm dying"
The cute girl sat, looking around the train with wonder. She wore a flower crown on her head and wore a thin gold choker and wore a pretty baby blue dress with a fluffy skirt and a sparkly bust. She had fluffy black curls and small hands and feet.
"I wanna say hi" she whispered to Jenna.
"Let go of the pole and you'll land in her lap" Jenna winked at Ashley.
Ashley gazed at the girl again, who was looking at the sign on the far side of the train and gulped.
"Wish me luck" And she let go of the pole and flew (literally) down the train and into the cute girl's lap.
"Sorry oh my god!" she said to the girl, who giggled.
"It's okay, that looked really fun, i'm jealous, you were flying"
Ashley giggled along with her "Honestly it was!"
The girl smiled "What brings you to my lap then?"
"You're hella cute oh my god"
The girl tucked some hair behind her ear and blushed "Thank you"
"What's your name?" Ashley asked softly.
"Alice. What's yours?"
"Ashley"
They looked at each other, their eyes locking. Alice had stunning eyes, they were a chocolate brown colour that made Ashley melt.
"Will you please go on a date with me?" Ashley asked, the words tumbling from her lips before she could catch them and put them back in her head again.
Alice giggled "Of course, I'd love to"
The train pulled into Halsey Street and Ashley went to get off. She had Alice's number in her phone and Alice's pretty face in her head.
She went to follow Jenna.
Well, not before she said goodbye to Alice of course.
"Bye!" she hugged her quickly, bit her lip and followed her friend.
"Byeeeee" Alice squealed after Ashley, grinning from ear to ear, just as the doors closed and the train sped away.
"Eeeeeeeee!!!!!" Jenna and Ashley squealed.
"You guys are so cute I lowkey want to write a song about you guys ahhh!" Jenna fangirled.
"Me too!!! I'm gonna head home but if she texts, i'll tell you" Ashley hugged Jenna "Bye!!"
"Byeeeee!!" Jenna mimicked Alice, making kissing faces, earning a playful slap on the back of her head from Ashley.
"Shut upppp"

At 6:57pm the next day, Ashley stood in the station, waiting for Alice. She held a single artificial pink rose in her hand. She got a fake one so Alice could keep it forever.
The train pulled in at 6:59 and Alice gingerly got off.
Ashley gasped when she saw her. She was dressed in a red skirt and a white tank top and she wore black boots and a daisy flower crown on her head and had a black bag on her shoulder and small bunch of flowers in her hand, slightly battered.
"Hiii! I brought you some flowers from my garden but they got a little squished" she held put the bunch to Ashley who nearly started crying.
"That's so cute Alice awww!! I bought you a rose! It's fake but you can keep it forever and ever" she hugged the petite girl and took the flowers from her and wrapped them carefully in a tissue and put them in the pocket of her coat.
"Ready?"
Alice nodded and followed Ashley up the steps.
