Chapter 24 : Dying

the days flew by once again and it made jongin happy to see kyungsoo slowly recover . he could now walk on his own even tho it was slow and he often pushes himself too hard so that jongin had to stop him .

sometimes tho it was moments when kyungsoo seemed to space out and dont get anything whats happening around him . mostly it was when he was with kris or left alone for more then a minute or 2 . the police had also got to visit .saying that they arrested the 3 guys responsable for it all .
wich made jongin glad .even tho one of them was his cousin . they asked a few questions to kyungsoo finally wich caused the boy to have another few panic attacks and mental breakdowns, that broke jongins heart everytime when he calmed him down .

it was all because of someone he had known for so long .but he was so wrong ..
chanyeol .. no he wasnt his cousin .. not anymore . not after what he had done to him and worse what he had done to kyungsoo .

the only hanger is ,..
that in order to send them to jail .they would also have to make kyungsoo make a statement in front of the court . and jongin couldnt help but worry . he didnt acualy want to talk about it himself and he was pretty sure neither did kyungsoo .but he also knew that thats exacly what the shorter needed .
he had to free his demons .

,, jongin !" kyungsoo laughed as he walked a few steps stretching himself .still with the help of 1 nurse who had followed his movments causing jongin to have an eye on her .

,, you're doing great " the taller walked closer to him ,, just come to me "

,, dont talk to me like i'm a baby " kyungsoo groaned

,, oh come on my little champ agushi gushi guuhu " clapping he stood in front of him

,, dont you fucking dare jongin . i swear to god " the younger threatend wich made the other laugh and as he walked secretly a step further to make kyungsoos journey shorter

,, yaaas! bitch ,you can now back away !" he yelled in victory as he reached jongin
the older only chuckled ignoring the weirded out expression the nurse had .

,, sorry we'll keep quiet .." he then apologized to her.

she only nodded still weirded out as she moved a bit away to give them some space .wich jongin gladly took, cause thats just kyungsoo and he was glad to still see this side even if its not so often.

back they returned to the shorters room . and he got back into bed .
groaning annoyed when he finally was in .

,, jongin .."

,, yeah?" he turned to him after he placed the wheelchair in the coner of the room

,, do .. do i look . that bad ?" in a raspy tone he asked as he played with the blanket in his hands.
wich caught jongin off guard .

he moved back to the bed and sat down onto the chair besides it .
,, what are you saying ?" grabbing his hand confused he frowned .

,, i mean .. i know people see that i'm not in that good of a shape till now i was glad that i couldnt see myself in the mirror . but i know people look at me .. probably even stare "

,, kyungsoo ,.. is this still because of the 2 idiots at the cafeteria " he sighed to himself noticing that thee younger had his mind still wrapped around what others say .

,, i'm sorry .."

,, for what ?"

,, it must be hard to be with someone as weak and pathetic as i am-" he couldnt finish cause he felt his hand getting squeezed and jongin cutting him off.
