Imagine Kai accompanying you to go shopping with your friends. Kai followed behind as he slowly sipped his drink. Kai stayed silent half the time, but when you said anything, he always replied. When your friend picks out a shirt and asks whether it suits her or not, Kai just glanced at her without a word but when you do the same, he's the first to reply.
"I think the design is really cute and the color really suits you," he says.
Your friends just glare at him for only responding to you. Kai acts innocent and continues to sip his drink. Your friends start to look at you then to Kai, and back to you.
"What?" You questioned.
"There has to be something between you two.." One of your friend says.
"How long have you been dating?" Another friend of yours asked.
"We're not dating," you replied.
"Who cares about what they think," mumbled Kai.
Everyone got quiet and continued to walk around the mall. You seen a really pretty necklace as you passed by the jewelry store. You took a quick glance before catching up with the rest of your friends. Kai was behind you every step of the way and decided to buy the necklace you looked at. He hid the bag behind him and caught up with the rest of you. After walking around the mall, you decide to get some ice cream and talk. Your friends soon left because it was getting late. Kai drove you home and just as you were about to leave the car, Kai grabs your hands. You turn to face him and he slowly reaches to wipe the ice cream on the corner of your mouth.
"Could you stay for a moment?" He asked.
You looked at him as he looked away from your eyes.
"I got you a gift," he mumbled.
"Is today suppose to be a special day?" You questioned surprised.
"No it's no special day, but I wanted to make you happy and I wanted to see you smile," he said as he reached the backseats for a bag. He handed it to you and said, "Hope you'll like it."
You smiled as you slowly opened the gift. It was such a surprise that he bought you the one you've been wanting for so long. You kept looking at the necklace in amazement.
"I think it really suits you. I'll help you put it on," he whispers shyly as he takes the necklace out of the box.
You lift up your hair so he can put the necklace on for you. When he's don't putting it on, he steals a kiss on your cheeks.
