Imagine Kai making dinner while you sit and wait at the table. Because you hadn't eaten much all day, you were complaining to him and telling him to hurry. Kai poured the food into a plate and brought it over to the table. He made your favorite dishes, and you immediately pick up the chopsticks/fork to eat.
"Eat it slowly, it's hot!" Kai warns you.
He uses his chopsticks to grab the food and he blew at it so that it wouldn't be too hot. When he thought it was warm enough, he fed it to you. Just then, you heard a sound at the door. You heard keys. Your parents and siblings are home after a long vacation. Because your family was gone and it was just you, you always invited Kai over to your house and sometimes he'd sleep over. You ran to your parents and gave them a big hug. Kai quickly got up off his seat and greeted your parents politely. You bring your parents to the dinner table because they must have been hungry on their airplane flight. You decided to make some food for them despite your lack of experience in cooking because you felt that you were going to be successful. For the past days or even months, you've watched Kai cook and it seemed so easy that you thought you could do the same so you gave it a try without having a clue how much ingredients to add. Kai pulled you away from the fire because you were so careless that you almost burnt your hands.
"If there's anything you want to eat, let me know. I'll make it," Kai said.
He helped you finish what you started. Then when it was finished, he brought it to the dinner table while you were scooping bowls of rice for your parents and siblings. You rushed to the dinner table to be the first one to try the dish Kai just made. Just when you were going to put it in your mouth, Kai stopped you by grabbing your wrists.
"It's just been made, it's still really hot," he says as he pulls your wrist towards him. He blows on the food you held with your chopsticks/fork.
"Be careful to not burn yourself," he said with worry in his eyes.
You didn't exactly like it that he did that in front of your parents so you pout and sit down, pretending to be sad. He then used his chopsticks to grab some meat and he'd bring it towards you, but when you tried to eat it, he'd pull away with a smile. When you just sat there and didn't try to reach for it, he'd bring it closer to your mouth. Then you'd quickly eat it before he could pull it away. You started laughing together, but then you tried to hold in the laughter so thy you could focus on eating.
You were so full you threw yourself on the couch and closed your eyes. Your mom would show Kai your baby pictures and your sibling would laugh so loud that you heard it. You got up and went to see what was going on and when you saw mom showing your baby pictures, you ran to cover them from Kai. He took the pictures from your mom and lifted up high where you couldn't reach it even if you jumped. You eventually gave up and hugged him with your forehead against his chest.
"Ahh.. It's so embarrassing!! Please don't look at them anymore," you pleaded.
Kai nodded in agreement.
"Okay," he said.
You looked up at him and snatched the pictures out of his hands with a smile. You then tried to run away to hide the photos but he grabbed your hands and pulled you in his arms. As he hugged you from behind around your waist, he said into your ears, "But next time, I'll be looking at them with you."
