Imagine having a rough day today at work. Not only did you arrive early for work, but you did more than you were suppose to because you wanted to help out your coworkers. Instead of their gratitude, you received their anger in you. No one was open to you at work, and it felt lonesome so you always did something to make them like you. You've finally had enough of it today because you were also having family problems. Everything was a total disaster.. So you just locked yourself up in your room when you got back home. Baekhyun, worried about you, heard you crying as he listened outside the door. He was too afraid to say anything because he knew that you always wanted to have your own space. Usually you don't tell him your problems because you worry that he'll think you're a failure. On top of that, you hate him worrying about you because if he worried, you won't be able to see his smile. You cried and cried until you fell asleep. By tomorrow morning, you woke up feeling better. You came out of your room and seen breakfast made for you.
"Baekhyun..," you mumbled as you slightly smiled.
Suddenly Baekhyun walks out his room in his pajamas. It was weird to see him at this hour because usually he has work.
"Aren't you suppose to be at work?" You asked him.
"I called in sick so I could spend the day with you. But don't worry, I won't ask anything about yesterday, I just want to spend some time doing happy things with you and maybe later we can go out to get some desserts that you love the most," he said while smiling.
"No one understands me more than you," you replied.
"As much as you love your personal space, I hope you come talk to me from time to time so that I can actually do something useful in making you happier. Promise me that, okay?" He asked.
"You won't understand..," you muttered.
"Even if I don't understand, it's still better for you to share out your problems," he said.
You avoided his eyes as you usually do when you don't want to tell him anything. He wraps his arms around you from behind and whispers, "I'll always be here for you whether if it's four in the morning or whatnot. I'm always going to be available for you no matter how little the reason can be because I love you."
He kisses your cheeks as he holds you a little tighter.
