Imagine on the first day of school, you sat in the middle of your classroom for a better view of the board without being right in front of the teacher. You'd expect that not many people would sit near you as they'd favor the backseats more, but the class was filled with people that there weren't enough desks. You were a little shy and afraid to make friends. You had only paid attention to this one guy sitting next to you because he was the first person to talk to you. You were shy to open up yet you knew that you had to make friends so you thought about how you'd speak to him while focusing on the type of person he might be by the way he did anything. There was a class activity that was going to last for the rest of the week where you had the chance to get to know your classmates. You were partnered up with him for the first day since he was the one sitting next to you who didn't have a partner yet.

"Hi, my name JunMyeon but you can call me Suho," he smiled.

"Nice to meet you Suho, my name is (YourName)," you slightly smiled back.

The professor required that everyone answered her questions on the board. Suho asked you the next question about what you like to do as a hobby after getting to know your name. You didn't want to lie but neither did you want to just say that you like to watch Korean dramas as a hobby.. you tried to think of something that was somewhat true but in Suso's viewpoint, he just thought that you weren't going to speak up at all so he smiled again hoping to give off a more friendly vibe.

"It can be anything, theres no right or wrong answers. It's what you like to do, I won't judge," he said which was somewhat comforting to you.

"I like to watch Korean dramas," you mumbled.

His eyes lit up and he started talking about how much he loved to watch dramas as well. He shared his very first drama, the drama he loves the most, and the current one he was watching. Then you both got into a conversation all about Korean dramas that the both of you had almost had forgotten to move onto the next question.

He was the first friend you made, and throughout the rest of the week you had only made the effort to talk to him since you were too shy to be talking to others now that they seem to have already started forming their group of friends. Because it was a high level course, you've gotten straight into the course material the following week. Because you've completely been brain washed during the summer, it was hard remembering all the old materials that would help you succeed in the current course you were enrolled in. During an assignment that you had to complete on your own, you were really confused that there was no way you could finish it within the time limit the professor gave. Suho had noticed you not having anything written on your paper yet even after five minutes so he then leaned over and asked you if you needed help. You nodded and so he tried to explain the assignment to you so that you could understand but because everyone was working on their own, your voices where the loudest in the class. The professor found it annoying and disruptive, so he had scolded the both of you that there was no need to talk while doing an assignment. Suho then apologizes to the professor and you apologized to him for getting him scolded. Even after being scolded, he still wanted to help you succeed so he started passing notes to you to help.

When the given time had almost reached to its end, the professor started asking students for the solutions to certain questions. Because you were talking with Suho earlier, you were the first one to be called on. She asked you for the solution to the third question and so you read your answer to her. You weren't confident in your answer, so your voice was a lot softer than usual. The professor asked that you repeat, and you did loud enough for everyone to hear. But next, she asked that you give an explanation on how you got what you got. You explained to everyone, but again the professor asked that you speak up louder. She didn't move on until she had heard you loud and clear. And when she did, she gave you feedback saying that you had to work on speaking up as there will be many presentations in the class.
