Imagine sitting on the couch drawing when Chen leans over to you. He notices that you've been drawing him the entire time, and so he takes your drawing to get a better look. Because you weren't finished with it and didn't want him to see it yet, you tried to get it back from him. He stops at the front door and puts his hands behind his back. You try reaching for it but then he raised it up in the air as you tried jumping for it. You poked him in the stomach when he was off guard and so slouches down in reaction to your poke. You snatch the paper away but he grabs your arms while he still bent over.
"I didn't poke you that hard," you muttered.
"Could you come down to the studio with me for a minute? I have something for you," he said.
He dragged you down the the studio and he started singing English lyrics that sounded so familiar to you. As he sang and read off a notebook, you realized he's singing all the songs that you translated from Korean songs. You got up and tried to take back your notebook but he quickly slid it up his shirt so you couldn't get it.
"Chen!!" You shouted.
He smiled as he continued to sing. You hesitated to get your notebook so there was nothing else to do than to listen to him sing the rest of the song.
"I want to sing all the songs you've translated," he said. "And specifically for you."
You were smiling since the end of the song because he kept smiling at you with a warm smile while singing to you. English was your first language so it meant a lot that he was trying so hard to sing in your language for you.
He came towards you and took your hands in his.
"I know it's not perfect because there were a lot of words I couldn't pronounce right. Could you teach me?" He asked.
You sat together at a table and leaned your heads together as you both focused on the small notebook of yours.
You've never taught someone and had no idea how to teach someone, so you just said the word in English and in Korean and had him repeat after you. One try after the other, he had the same cute and adorable accent. You'd kiss him every time he tried pronouncing after previously failing a couple times because he was so cute. You smiled at him when he looked at you. After realizing that you'd kiss him every time he tried to pronounce a word, he'd purposely repeat the word again and again so that he could get a kiss from you each time. After realizing that he was saying it on purpose, you stopped kissing him so when he said the word, you just looked at him. He grinned then quickly stole a kiss from you. He smiled and looked away to focus on the lyrics. He tried to read the first few lines from the beginning to improve his English. He looked up to you to check in with you if he's made any errors. You smiled at him and shook your head. He was reading the English lyrics as if he was reading you love letter.
