Imagine going back home after a long, tough day. You were physically drained out of energy and had your head down the entire day. First in the morning, your alarm wasn't working that caused you to be late to work. It wasn't even that that made your day bad, because it was only something petty but all these little things gradually added up. Later that morning, you rushed out the door for work and got into your car with your cup of coffee. When you got to your office, you had a pile of paper work to do. Although you were always open to talk to your coworkers, they disliked and picked on you which made work harder. As you were sorting out the paper work, you knocked down your coffee cup onto the pile of work you just finished sorting out. You had to print all the work out and do the sorting again. Your coworkers just laughed and handed you their part of the work. You only did their part because everything was like a team project where if one worker didn't get their part done, the boss would lower everyone's pay for not discussing and managing the work well in the assigned groups. Time went on and you just didn't have time for lunch. It was late afternoon when you were going home. Suddenly your car just breaks down causing everyone behind you to honk and scream at you. You took the rest of the afternoon to have someone tow your car away and took a taxi home. By the time you got home, you realized you dropped your house keys in your car. You only got in when you called Chanyeol to open the door. His face brightened up to see you but you were exhausted. He opened his arms for you to come into his arms but you just walked passed him and threw yourself on the couch. Chanyeol puts on his straight face while slightly smiling. He gives you a little massage on your shoulders while whispering into your ears.
"You've worked really hard today," he whispers.
He then brings out a huge teddy bear and talks for it in a higher pitched voice. He makes the teddy bear dance and he's simply being silly. You start smiling and grabbed the teddy bear from him. You laid down on the couch while hugging the teddy bear really tightly. He goes to the kitchen and carries plates of your favorite food that he made for you. As you eat, Chanyeol goes inside to get his guitar. When he walks back to the living room, he sees you eating really fast. He sighs to know that you skipped lunch again. He watches you for a whole five minute before sitting down by your side. He starts to play the guitar and sing a song he wrote for you. After the song, he puts the guitar down and takes your hands in his.
"Mayma, seeing you so unhappy with work really upsets me. I see you frown everyday after work; don't work there anymore. I'll take care of you. I'll provide everything, and your job is to be happy," he says seriously.
He entwines your hands in his as he slightly smiles with a worried look in his eyes. He looks at you until you finally nod.
"Now I can cuddle with you all morning and you don't have to worry about being late anymore. We can even watch movies and dramas together till morning," he says as he puts his arms around your shoulders. He then kisses your cheeks.
