YiXing Imagine

Imagine supporting YiXing in all his concerts whether it be for EXO or for his solo career. You've been doing little things for him behind his back without him knowing to support him and make him happy. On top of supporting him, you also wanted to support his group so whenever it came to voting, streaming, or breaking previous records, you planned out projects to work with all EXOL's. Because YiXing promised you that he'd take care of you no matter what, being an EXOL became your full time job. But you shared the same hobby as him; you loved dancing just as much as he did. You've wanted to discuss with him about your dream about being his backup dancer but he's always so busy that you could never really have a serious talk. You were hesitant with asking him, knowing that SM is such a large company. So you made up your mind to improve on dancing before bringing up the topic to YiXing. On breaks and free time away from being an EXOL as your full time job, you danced for enjoyment and also for improvement. Sometimes you've thought of taking classes to further improve your skill range but worried that when YiXing comes looking for you, he'll find out that you want to improve in dancing. When he finds out, he'll definitely offer to teach you a few skills but because he already had such a heavy schedule everyday, you didn't want to add on to his busy schedule. He needed rest honestly. Not only is doing a lot of activities with EXO, he's also working on his second solo album.

"As his girlfriend, I'm suppose to support him not add on to make more work for him," you'd often think to yourself.

Whenever he's in the dance studio with you alone, you always had the urge to dance with him but worried to interrupt his session. Plus, you were always getting prepared in case if he was going to take a break so that you had a towel ready to wipe his sweat and that he had cold water to drink. And sometimes just watching dance was so beautiful, just the way he moved so smoothly and how his body dances to the rhythm of the music. Watching him practice was also another way you chose to use to improve your dancing skills. You remembered his techniques, and how he carried himself when dancing different moves.

Today was another day where you could watch him practice in the dance room alone. It was so mesmerizing the way he moved to the song. And whenever he messed up, he just got back up and gave it another try. He'd give you a look, and you'd know to play back the song for him from the beginning. He worked hard for hours, and when he finally got it down, he practiced a few more times to make it a little more perfect. Just seeing him dance, made you groove your head to the beat.

"I want to be a dancer," you shouted suddenly without realizing it.

You covered your mouth immediately. You were so into the beat that your thought came out of your mouth instead of staying inside your head. He stopped dancing and turned to you with a smile. You jumped up to give him a towel to wipe his sweat and pretended that you didn't say anything.

"Can I have a dance with you then?" He asked as he offered his hand out to you.

You hesitated for a second, but had no regrets and took his hand. As you danced together, you told him all about how much you loved dancing and how much you really wanted to be a backup dancer for SM but him in particularly. You even told him how much you wished to improve, but then told him that you were learning and improving on your own so he didn't need to worry about you.

"I'll help," he offered.

"You're already so busy, plus I can learn from videos online," you said.

"Well.. Since I'm practicing my new dance for my upcoming solo album, I can teach you too so I can review all the moves. I need practicing anyways," he said. "Then you can be my backup dancer, and SM will see how talented you are."
