Imagine rumors going on around your group of friends that you and Sehun like each other. Whenever you're with Sehun, you never mention anything related to the issue and neither does he. Both of you actually like each other, and Sehun shows it through his extra care for you, but you're obviously waiting for him to ask you out or to confess. Whenever you two are you alone, the atmosphere is always awkward as the two of you are both shy being around the other. Even knowing that he gets shy around you, he still tries to find reasons to look for you just to be around you.

He figures that he has to confess to you sooner or later, so he decides he'd do something about it, but because it's hard for him to be direct, he finds another way to tell you his feelings. He then comes to find you with a paper in his hands. He hands you the paper and you see the instruction to solve for 'i' in the math equation: 9x - 7i > 3(3x-7u). You gave him a weird look before solving, thinking why would he give you this.

Your work:

9x - 7i > 3(3x-7u)

9x - 7i > 9x - 21u

- 7i > -21u

i < 3 u

You knew it was a confession letter, and you started to get jealous as you were thinking who could have possibly given it to him.

"Why wouldn't you know the answer?" you asked.

"Is it obvious?" he pretends to not know.

"It's a confession letter," you stated without making eye contact with him.

"It is? What does it say?" He asks.

"'I love you'," you read.

The both of you then got quiet, but Sehun was smiling to hear those three words from you although he knew you weren't actually confessing. Your heart started racing as you replayed what just happened. Then you started to think about what to say to leave such an awkward situation.

"Who is it from?" You asked trying not to care.

He then looks away from you and back to the paper, trying to look for a name mentioned anywhere on the paper.

"I'm not sure, there's no name. I just found it in my locker," he lies as he starts getting flustered.

The paper was his and the equation was what he wrote out, trying to confess to you indirectly, but he wouldn't tell you that it was for you. He wanted you to figure out what he was doing, but at the same time he was panicking and hoping that you believed him when he said that it was in his locker and that it was for him.

Your friends then came over to meet you up before heading out off campus to eat and hang out. Seeing that you were with Sehun, they were smiling much more than usual. They always made fun of you in a playful way about Sehun, and they always talk about how they ship you with him. They then came to your side and told Sehun that you had to go study with them and that if he needed to talk to her, give her a call or a text. You didn't have to study, but it was their excuse in getting him to text or call you later in the day. They left your number for him and pulled you elsewhere.

Sehun starts thinking about whether or not he should just not do anything about confessing or if he should make a move. Then he decides that he is going to confess. Just after finishing up a few things in school, he leaves to think about how he could be a little more direct with his confession as he takes a walk around casually. Just as he starts to have an idea of what could possibly work without being too direct, he notices you down the block with your friends at the park. You were fangirling over a music group with your friends. One of your friend's phone started ringing, and her ringtone was one of their top songs. You and a few other friends started to dance to her ringtone. One of your friends then suggested to film all of you dancing, and you didn't exactly like the idea but all your friends convinced you to just enjoy and have some fun. You were all dancing and laughing at the silly mistakes you all made. From down the block, Sehun was just watching you with a smile as he thinks about how adorable you are. As you were fooling around with your friends, one of your friends noticed Sehun staring towards your direction. All your friends then started to huddle up as they were talking about you and him.

"It's him again. He's just staring at her with a smile," they squeal.

All your friends then start pushing you towards his direction and then ran in the other direction, ditching you. Realizing that he was noticed and that he can't just walk away, he then approaches you.

"Sorry, did I make them all leave?" he asks while scratching the back of his head.

"It's okay, you don't have to mind them," you chuckled.

"You left in such a hurry earlier. I have something I wanted to give you," he says.

He gives you a paper with three math problems. The problems were: 1+0, (8 x 2) - 12, and 27/9. They were simple math problems that you could solve in your head. The answers you got were 1, 4, 3. You clearly knew that the one represented 'I', the four representing 'Love', and the three representing 'You', but you pretended not to know.

"What is this?" you asked.

"What do you think?" he asks with a shy smile.

You didn't give him a response, and so he decided he'd be a little more direct by being silly and using hand motions to tell you the message, it was what he thought up of earlier when he was walking. He places his hand on his chest then makes a big heart with his hands up over his head. He starts swaying back and forth while keeping his hands in the same position. As you started to smile, he started laughing but he continued to make the heart for you. After the heart sign, he points at you, finishing the message he wanted to give to you. Feeling shy and embarrassed, you grabbed his hands quickly and ran off somewhere to hide in the corner of a street. You knew your friends were going to be watching you from an angle where they could see you but you couldn't see them, so to stay out of their sight you had run with him. Sehun was smiling as he had noticed that you were holding his hands. You then looked over to your left to see if your friends were chasing after the two of you or not. Then you turned to your right just to make sure they weren't coming from the other direction. He then catches you off guard and leans in to kiss your cheeks. You were so embarrassed and shy that you had let go of his hands. You then walked away from him while touching your face that was flushed and hot. He follows you from behind as he continues to smile.

"I still didn't get your response to my confession," he says with ease as he had felt much better after finally confessing. "Or was holding my hands earlier your response?" He teases.

You then started walking faster so that he couldn't catch up. He chuckles then runs up to catch you.

"Even if I lose sight of you, my heart will always follow you," he says.

You then turned your head the other way to hide your smile. You then noticed that you were starting to walk off into the area you weren't familiar with so you stopped walking. You looked over at him and told him that you don't remember this street as the road to the bus you usually take to go home. He then laughed and asked where you lived. Once you gave him your address, he took your hands in his as he started to take you home. You then received a text from you friends, and it was a picture of you and Sehun holding hands that they took behind you. You then smiled uncontrollably, and Sehun then peaked over to look at what you were smiling about. When he noticed it was a picture of you two, he started smiling as well feeling really proud that you were now his.
