Light it up
You were my flame
My light
My way to expel darkness
You kindled me
We were a blaze
Bright and burning
We thought we were endless
Then you left
You were the spark
My way of light
My energy
I'm just soggy wood
Nothing that can burn
Ashes
No one wants hot ashes
Everyone wants something
Something they can light
I'm broke
My fire wont light
I just have to air out a bit
It could take a while
It rained yesterday
I'm back where I started
I'm trying to sweep it all together
The wind is powerful
Bits keep flying away
I'm not strong
I would be
But someone took my fire away.
