Elle's POV
"Are you okay?" Tanong ko kay Owen at inabutan ito ng tubig.
"Physically manageable.. Emotionally hurt."
"This was your plan."
Napailing iling si Owen, "I expected to be hurt. But not this bad.."
Silence filled the air hanggang sa magsalita ulit ako.
"It would be better if you leave her now."
Napangiti si Owen ng mapakla.
"I thought it would be easy."
"Well, it's not. Right?"
Umiling iling si Owen.
Unti unting umagos ang luha nito.
"I love her much more now. And i'm jealous. Jealous of how much she cares and loves Trevor."
Nilapitan ko si Owen at tinapik tapik ang likod nito.
Awang awa ako.
Pero wala akong magawa.
"She's with him now. That's enough reason to prove who her heart really belongs to."
Napakagat sa labi nya si Elle.
Gusto nyang tulungan maka-move on si Owen.
Pero paano?
Hindi sya gusto nito.
Tinignan sya sa mga mata ni Owen, "help me. I don't know what to do. I want to keep her. But I want her to be happy. To be with the one she loves."
"What do you want me to do?"
"..help me bring them back together. I want those two angels, Prince and Princess.. To grow up with a happy family.. ..Trevor being their dad.."
Napayuko ako sa sinabi ni Owen.
"You're giving up on Anne?"
Pinahid nito ang luha nya.
"Sometimes, it's better to make the one you love happy.. It will hurt.. But that's a part of it.."
Lumakad ako palayo dito at umupo.
"So what's the plan..?"
Tinignan ako nito sa mga mata at ngumiti ng mapakla.

"First, help me out of this hospital." sabi nya at tumayo sa pagkakahiga.
Ng makalabas kami sa hospital ay bumalik kami ng chalet.
Tinulungan ko syang ayusin ang ticket nya pauwi sa bansa nya.
"Are you sure about this?"
"I'm too hurt to even think.."
Napayuko ako.
I wish may nagawa ako para mabawasan ang sakit na nararamdaman nya.
Pagka-book ng ticket nya ay tinawagan nya si Anne.
Sinabi nya dito na nakauwi na kami.
I didn't understand Anne.
Ni hindi nya manlang kinamusta si Owen.
Paano nga naman nya maaalala ito.
Katabi nya ang mahal nya.
Si Trevor.
