Anne's POV

"So, Elle likes Owen?"

Tumingin sa ibang direksyon si Trevor bago tumingin saakin, "Yeah."

I rolled my eyes.

"Are you mad at Elle for liking Owen?"

Napabuntong hininga ako, "mejo."

"Bakit?"

"She is hitting on my boyfriend."

Inilagay ni Trevor ang cellphone nya sa likod nyang bulsa, "ano naman? We had sex."

Napatingin agad ako sa paligid, "pwede ba Trevor. Manahimik ka. Baka marinig ka ni Owen."

"Natatakot kang marinig nya? Bakit?"

"Masasaktan yung tao."

"Sa ginagawa mo ngayon, sa palagay mo hindi sya nasasaktan?"

I bit on my lips, "shut up."

"You're actually hurting me too Anne. Every time you tell him you love him. But you know what adds up to that pain?" Tinignan ako nito sa mga mata, "you look at me before you say it."

I looked away, "let's not talk about this. I'm hurting Owen. I've made up my mind."

"What?"

"I'll start trying to learn how to love him. More. Than you. Trevor."

Napangiti ito ng mapakla, "learn?"

"Yes. Learn. Napakarami nyang ginawa at sinakripisyo para saamin ng mga anak mo Trevor."

"So what are you trying to say? Kailangan mo siyang mahalin para makabayad ng utang na loob?"

I rolled my eyes.

"Ito ang tama Trevor. We both know that."

"No." Panimula nito, "No. Hindi. I don't know that. Iba ang nasa isip ko. Ikaw. Tayo. Tayo ang nasa isip ko. I want us to get back together."

"Hindi pwede. Hindi dapat."

He held both my shoulders, "you love me Anne. You love me more than you love that guy. Stop hurting yourself. Stop making me long for you."

I looked away at tinanggal ang kamay nya sa balikat ko.

"Baka makita tayo."

"So what? I'm sure he feels the intensity that is between us."

"Stop making things difficult Trevor."

Niyakap ako nito, "i'm trying to make things easy Anne. Be mine. Be mine again."

Napapikit ako.

I want to hug Trevor back.

Pero naalala ko ang pag-iyak ni Owen kanina.

How he was down on his knees..begging for my love..my affection..

"Let go Trevor."

Elle's POV

Napahinga ng malalim si Owen pagka sulyap nito kala Trevor.

He rested his body on the wall at inilagay ang kamay sa bulsa.

"I lost my composure hours ago."

"What do you mean?"

"I cried. Begged her to love me."

Ano daw?

Beg?

"You what?"

Tumaas ang balikat nito, "Begged."

"..why?"

"I love her. And uh, yeah, I was desperate. But not until I saw the kiss mark on her.. I..uh, realized that..uhm."

Tinignan ko sya ng maigi.

Hinihintay matapos ang sasabihin.

"Someone else has marked his property on her."

Hinimas nito ang baba nya at napatahimik.

Naalala siguro ang nakitang kiss mark sa leeg ni Anne.

I feel bad for him.

Kinailangan pa nyang magmakaawa.

"So, what's your plan now?"

"To get them together, just like what I said."

"In..uhm? The hotel room?"

Tumango tango lang ito.

"I need to wash up. Go ahead and walk back to them."

Nung papalapit na ako sa sakanila ay payukong nagpaalam si Trevor na pupunta sa banyo.

I stood there with Anne silently for 2minutes..hanggang sa magsalita sya.

"May gusto ka sa boyfriend ko Elle?"

I looked at her, "narinig mo pala."

"Hindi ba obvious?"

"So? Galit ka nyan?"

Pumalatak ito.

"You're my bestfriend and you're hitting on my boyfriend?"

"You're having sex with your ex Anne. You're having sex with Trevor. May boyfriend ka. Anong klase yan Anne. And you're mad at me dahil gusto ko ang boyfriend mo?"

Kumunot ang noo nito, kulang nalang siguro ay sampalin nya ang bibig ko.

My words made it through her.

"Well? May masasabi ka ba Anne? Masaya ba yang ginagawa mo?"

Napayuko ito at napailing iling.

"Elle. Right now, I need you. Please wag ka na dumagdag."

"Ikaw ang nagsisimula ng away Anne."

"Oo na. Sorry na. My fault. Sue me."

"I will kung may kasong maisasampa sayo sa pananakit mo kay Owen. Mygod Anne. Maawa ka sa tao."

"Pinipilit ko naman syang mahalin. Mahal ko sya Elle. It's just that mas mahal ko si Trevor.."

"Pati ang ulo ko sumasakit sayo." Napahawak ako sa ulo ko, "be honest to Owen..he deserves it..napakabait nyang tao Anne.. He doesn't deserve this hurt you're making him feel."

"Alam ko Elle..alam ko.. I want to do what's right..to let him go..pero kanina..awang awa ako.. He begged Elle.. and thinking of it.. He did alot for me..at hindi ko manlang maibigay ang gusto nya.. Kaya..napagisip isipan ko na..pagaralan mahalin sya.. Aalis narin naman kami ulit diba? Mawawala ulit si Trevor.. Malalayo ulit ako sa kanya.. I'd learn to love Owen more than I love him now.."

I almost vomited sa sinabi ni Anne.
