27. Exclusively Exclusive!

To wait for someone had never been my thing but haven't I defied my own limits for her? As all these things too haven't been a usual but exclusive and I ought to be and do exclusive things for her. So I waited for her to come out of the examination hall. One hour was more to go.

With this word I remembered about the exclusive diamond necklace I bought to present on our date.

It amazed me because she understood the real mean behind the dinner thing as I thought she wouldn't take it that way for I knew her naivety on these respects. But again this exclusive gift was taking time.

One message popped at about an hour earlier which said " Your exclusive product is ready to knock your door this evening."

Now it was irritating to even think this word for that sudden pain in her stomach spoiled it. Doctors said that she might fail to carry the baby as it grow inside her and that would only be revealed after seventh month if that was so.

My head stopped working and I couldn't see anything beyond the fact that I might lose my baby with Arohi. Everything was so uncertain.

In all of the chaos it was her beautiful and genuine smile that flashed on her glorious face made me hope for better as her words rang on my ears 'Love can bring hope of happiness out of the haze of darkness' when I almost got sombre in fear of losing it.

Her smile had a thing now. Now she wasn't that old mature woman trapped in a shy little girls body. She teased, whined and made faces like a child whose chocolate had been taken away from her. From last week she had been like this and I wondered what problem she tackled to become this way. I knew she had it because her face went grim at times but now she always smiled happily.

Additionally she had been ordering me things. Just to annoy me the way she got when I commanded her. She had no idea that I really wanted her to tell me what she wanted to wear, eat or bath in.

Today morning she made me to drain the bath tub just because she wanted cocoa bath oil and I put rose ball in it. She smiled satisfied watching me drain it.

I couldn't stop laughing when she threw the remote of television on the other end of the sofa when I wasn't looking, in her context and then said in a commanding tone exactly like this, " Dev get me that remote Now!"

I knew 'Now' was said the way I commended her 'Sleep Now' whenever she pestered me to know things. No matter if she could or couldn't get through her exam at the end her results would say passed.
I couldn't make her sad after knowing her pregnancy condition.

I looked down my wrist watch to find another fifteen minutes to go to see her. Was she doing well?

Leaning on the seat I smiled oneself as I could assure myself that she would be writing real fast in her great handwriting and would be well too.

She would love to see the room of our baby with that colourful crib in the center and those fancy clothes and toys for baby girl. I was so sure to have a baby girl. Though I knew very well she wouldn't leave her in that room but if she could make woolen clothes for her then this was the least what I could do.
